    this Act.

    Art. (*. 4he areas of health services both public and private +ust ensure

    access for people with disabilities in accordance with the law by re+oving

    barriers through architectural designs interior and a+biance co++unication

    that +eet the specific characteristics of people with physical sensory

    intellectual and +ental disabilities.

    Art. (". 4he cases of 5nown or suspected of violence against the disabled

    person will be subBect to co+pulsory notification by public health services

    and private police authority and the public prosecutor in addition to the

    Councils of the Rights of 0ersons with isabilities.

    Single paragraph. $or the purposes of this Act it is considered violenceagainst disabled person any act or o+ission co++itted in public or private

    Art. 3!. A disabled person has the right to wor5 of their choice and

    acceptance in an accessible and inclusive environ+ent on an e;ual basis with

    others.

    ? 1. 4he legal entities of public law private or of any 5ind are re;uired to

    ensure wor5places accessible and inclusive.

    ? ( 4he disabled person is entitled on an e;ual basis with others to Bust

    professional ;ualification and vocational rehabilitation for the disabled
