He focuses on creating innovative and intuitive visual experiences to enhance CEW’s digital presence via infographics, publications, videos and social media graphics. He also manages the Center’s website, conceptualizes dynamic data visualizations, and creates digital tools, including statistical graphs and interactive charts. Prior to joining CEW, Frank was a Web Designer at FlexShopper, LLC. While at FlexShopper, he was involved in projects designing and implementing responsive- adaptive-hybrid user interfaces for desktop and mobile applications. He was also responsible for creating visual identity elements for marketplace websites and online payment systems. In addition, Frank enjoys creating interactive user experiences for educational purposes. In collaboration with the University of Miami Department of Public Health Sciences, he helped design and develop the adventure video game Zoo Rush to raise awareness about sickle cell disease, which earned the Silver Award at the 2014 International Serious Play Awards. Representing the UM team, he spoke at the 2014 ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference. Frank received his M.F.A in Interaction Design and Digital Communication from University of Miami in 2015, and his B.A. in Software Engineering from Shanghai Dianji University. Frank Zhang is a Graphic Design and Multimedia Specialist at the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce. He focuses on creating innovative and intuitive visual experiences to enhance CEW’s digital presence via infographics, publications, videos and social media graphics. He also manages the Center’s website, conceptualizes dynamic data visualizations, and creates digital tools, including statistical graphs and interactive charts.

Prior to joining CEW, Frank was a Web Designer at FlexShopper, LLC.
