Overview – Documents Attached to a Grant of Aid

– This facility enables a firm / practitioner to locate and view a document sent to them via Grants Online.

– Below are a few simple steps that will walk you through the process of locating and viewing a document attached to a grant of aid.

In a nutshell………

Either open the email approval of aid or log into Grants Online and open the notification in the Grants Online “Mail Notification Box”.

The email message includes a reference to the attached documents.

Attachments are available and can be downloaded from a link within the Contents section of the Electronic File / Profile.

The email notification indicates if

documents have been sent to you by the Grants Officer.

To look at the documents sent to

you, log into Grants Online.

From the Main Menu select “Find” & “Find Electronic

File”

Enter the Legal Aid File Number.

Note: The file number has been provided to you in the original email.

Select “Find”.

The document is available in the

“Contents” section of the Electronic Profile.

To open the document double click on the

“link”.
