Students listen and sing together while looking at the lyrics. 1. The song is played for the second time. 2. Students are asked about what the song is all about 3. Students work in groups. 4. Students discuss on the man’s past actions and the present outcome. 5. Students are to write on the board and share with their classmates. 6. Students are to work individually and write about their regrets and what they want to achieve now on a piece of paper anonymously.

SET INDUCTION(5 minutes)

ACTIVITIES(75 minutes)

1.Teacher introduces the song, Yesterday to the students.2. Students listen and sing together while looking at the lyrics.

1. The song is played for the second time.2. Students are asked about what the song is all about3. Students work in groups.4. Students discuss on the mans past actions and the present outcome.5. Students are to write on the board and share with their classmates.6. Students are to work individually and write about their regrets and what they want to achieve now on a piece of paper anonymously.7. Teacher models the sentence structure on the board.8. Once students have completed the task, they will fold the paper and insert in the boxes provided.9. Students are called out to take the paper randomly.10. Students will read the sentences and highlight the verbs in past tense and the present tense (peer checking in pairs)11. Teacher facilitates the session.12. Teacher assigns students to write a diary on their regrets and how it affects their life now.13. Students will submit their assignment via FROG VLE
