Google Docs are great for both teachers and students. They allow teachers to have the ability to assign group work that be done successfully on only the internet. Google Docs are also a great storage facility for students to keep all of their work. The work on Google Docs cannot be lost, and can only be seen by viewers with permission or a password. This is a great educational technology source.
