Go to the World and Preach! You’re Going to Do That!

When I was 15 years old I sat in the 2nd row of the Salvation Army Church in High Point, NC where I heard a cadet (Bible student) preach this word. “Go ye to all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” I heard the Holy Spirit say to me so strongly I turned around to see who said it. “You are going to do that!” God called me to preach and go the world! We are continuing to take Jesus to the streets, the church, and the nations! Whether in the church or in the street we are seeing the power of God move all over the world. Just this past week we completed another “SWAT Attack” outreach in Mountain City, TN. Earlier this summer we preached at the Salvation Army Adult Rehab Center In Jacksonville, FL where men came to Jesus. Next we ministered at the Salvation Army in St. Petersburg, FL. The altar was lined with young people from the Salvation Army Sallie House. This is a foster home that the Army has there. God showed up with Divine Appointments. As you know each year we also go to Mardi Gras to take Jesus to the streets. He moved again this year and almost 300 souls called on Je-sus. This past weekend we traveled to Fresh Oil Ministries in Hickory, NC. Again we trained this church and took them to the streets! Our purpose is to stir the church for the harvest and get them out of the four walls into the streets! We are truly called to take Jesus to the world! “Go ye to all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature!” The Lord said to me, “You’re going to do that!” Now for over 30 years we have been on this mission! Take it to the Street! God moves in Mountain City, TN

SWAT ATTACK MOUNTAIN CITY, TN Pastors Andy and Lisa Zeggert of Old Mill Ministries were our latest ministry partners as we took Jesus to the streets in Mt. City, TN. Village Apartments will never be the same! Bodies were healed, children were saved, adults were touched by Jesus, even drug dealers received the word of God in this latest version of Special Weapons and Tactical Forces. (SWAT) The body of Christ is on the move in the streets! Excited workers of Old Mill Ministries partnered with us to bring toys, candy, hot dogs, school supplies, prize draw-ings, bicycles and fun! The children enjoyed bouncy house and face painting. Everyone enjoyed the goodies but the word of God came forth in victory and souls were saved! One young man afterwards was ministered to when the Holy Spirit ministered to him. He admitted having a drug problem. It seemed that he was still a bit high but he found out that the greatest high is Jesus. As we shared the word with him he bowed his head and called upon the name of Jesus. God shows up and shows out when you go out to the streets! An-other known drug dealer was ministered to by both the Pastor and His wife. We just shared the love of Jesus. Jesus is still in the delivering business. Drug users and dealers are still getting saved in the streets. One woman sheepishly raised one finger when the altar call was given. Pastor Andy saw her and brought her to the front where she called on the name of Jesus and was saved! Hallelujah the Village Apartments will never be the same. On Sunday morning several of the families from the Village joined us in service and God moved there as well! We expect a continued harvest at the Village!

GOD MOVED IN MOUNTAIN CITY, TN WITH MIRACLES, SIGNS, AND WONDERS! All weekend reports came back of miracles in Mountain City, TN. The first night one of the young boys told us that during the service he felt a tangible presence and warmth all over his body as the Lord touched him. Another lady was prayed for during the service. (though not in the service) We sent his word to heal her! Reported with a tumor and failing kidneys we visited her later. Her kidneys were not functioning and there was an issue with bleeding. During the service at the about the same time we prayed she reported that her kidneys began to function normally. God is the healer. Another lady re-ported that she was having an issue with losing her house and losing her daughter. We agreed with her after the service but the Lord spoke these exact words during the service before she brought it to our attention. God knows exactly where you are and loves you! He will touch you too!

FRESH OIL MINISTRIES HICKORY, NC

Pastor Tammy and David Pettry were excited as their members turned out on Saturday morning to learn and practice how to bring in the harvest. A good group gathered for training as we learned techniques for soul winning. Every-thing from locating someone and how to minister the word, to pulling in the net, overcoming objections, and buying signs. We learned to assume the sale! Were going to pray right now! Jesus is going to save you right now! Let’s pray right now! Our seminar is not just a “HOW TO” get them saved! We always go do it! After the class we hit the streets and handed out Gospel of John Bibles and ministered one on one in a local department store parking lot. If you are going to catch fish you must go where fish (people) are. That day at least five souls called on Jesus, one prayed for healing, and others were touched! One elderly lady begin to cry (a buying sign) when told that God loved her, and she was his precious possession! She was ripe for the harvest and the team prayed with her for salvation. She gave back her Bible that we had given her. She told us “I have one at home that my daughter gave me that’s new in the box.” “I’ll go home and open it up.” She said, “when my daughter gave it to me I wasn’t yet a Christian.” SHE IS NOW! Another man was ministered to as he sat on a park bench waiting for the bus. He had no idea if he was going to heaven. It only took three scriptures and he bowed his head and received Jesus. Another man on a cell phone said, “let me call you back!” He listened intently to Ro-mans 10:9 then called on Jesus to be saved! It does not take long to tell some-one about Jesus! Over and over I find if we show up God will just show out! It only took 45 minutes to lead these five souls to Jesus! Can we spend and hour a week outside of the four walls of the church to tell them about Jesus?

What excitement on Sunday at Fresh Oil Ministries. “SWAT Attack “ outreach weekend always culminates in a report of the harvest to the church! Our pur-pose is to stir the church for the harvest to get them out of the four walls into the streets! On Sunday morning a packed church was reminded that Jesus goes where people are hurting! Jesus was among the people! They were excited about the testimonies of Salvation in the street from the previous day, but God moved on this day! The Holy Spirit touched them! He said to us “You need a fresh touch so you can touch!” He touched the congregation of Fresh Oil Minis-tries! He touched us all with a fresh touch! Let’s go and touch someone else!

Don’t Quit a Miracle is Coming!

Recently God had me to minister a message he gave me several years ago entitled “YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MAKING OF A MIRACLE! While I was studying this message the Lord re-minded me of a word that Dr. Jerry Savalle gave my Pastor (JB Whitfield) a few years back. I believe that word bears repeat-ing now to remind us we have the victory! You’ve come to a place where you’ve been before. A place that is hard with no open door. A place that appears to have no way out. A place that has caused you to lose your shout. But, remember my child, you’ve been here before. I delivered you then, and I’ll do it once more. I know what you need and it’s ON ITS WAY. So lift up your hands and begin to say. “My God is in control and I WILL NOT FRET. The enemy is a liar and it’s not over yet. The Breakthrough that I need is coming my way, and the faithfulness of God has saved the day.”
