Info Hub Concept
The GNSS.asia Information Hub intends to support the EGNSS awareness-raising activities in Asia by establishing a two-way communication channel:
– Push information aims to bring EGNSS news, success stories and other online resources to a larger audience in Asia. This will be facilitated through the use of local scripts.
– Pull information will collect queries and feedback (e.g. through online surveys and questionnaires) from Asian industry and users. This also entails consolidating market information and statistics (gathered within GNSS.asia and elsewhere) relevant for EGNSS.
- User feedback
- Market research
- Industry statistics
- Online surveys
- Industry inquiries

Level 2
Interactive Support
Level 1
EGNSS Database
The Info Hub’s most important user support function is the provision of an
online database which offers EGNSS information. This includes both more
general information (e.g. system status, governance, application areas), as
detailed information with regard to Galileo (e.g. technical parameters, user
notifications) based on the information available via the GSC.
As a secondary level of user support, the Info Hub will offer a Contact Form.
Through this form, users can ask for on demand retrieval of specific Galileo
data, detailed information on OS or CS services, service-specific inquiries
and other Galileo-related information. These forms will be forwarded to
the best fit expert within the Info Hub network.
The third level of user support will allow users to have direct contact with
GNSS experts for their location. In addition to relying on the expertise of
the GNSS.asia local teams across Asia and Europe, the GNSS.asia network
could arrange for contact with suited counterparts in the GSC and/or GSA
for specific questions (e.g. legal, technical).
Finally, the Info Hub allows users to benefit from synergies with the
GNSS.asia platform, through the offering of in persona contact. Naturally,
this option will mainly be offered as a supplementary support option, open
to specific cases of high-level support or offered when synergies with
participation to local events is present.
