Project ProfilesCurrent ProjectOxy Block 31 LPG Gas Plant—Crane, TexasGMTS was called to take over construction and rehabilitation operations. Within the plant, the scope of the project consisted of:• Removing and installing an amine regenerator tower• Replacing all carbon pipe with stainless pipe and fittings• Installing multiple carbon LPG lines throughout the facility• Rerouting existing piping with diameters ranging from 2” to 12”

Block 31 is also comprised of several vessel clean-outs and inspections, and exchanger hydros and inspections. GMTS fabricated multiple sections of piping spools and performed over 1350 welds.

Past ProjectsMount Enterprise—Cogen Electric PlantGMTS re-worked 2 natural gas turbines and 2 steam turbines within the plant. We aslo replaced all high-pressure valves within the facility. The key construction efforts were focused on repairing piping leaks, rerouting and repairing critical items within the piping infrastructure. This project also consisted of maintenance within the plant; verifying torque values on flanges and fittings, insulating piping, installing operational tubing and painting, all of which GMTS’ QA/QC department weld-mapped and verified.

Tesoro—Carson, CaliforniaGMTS was awarded a contract to replace the piping on several towers. The scope of the project consisted of repairing a 51 vacuum unit, 2 crude units and an HDH unit. GMTS employed 40+ personnel on this project and it was successfully completed within the shutdown timeframe.

Tesoro—Wilmington, CaliforniaGMTS was awarded a project to construct new piping within the facility. This consisted of 2000+ welds on stainless and carbon piping. Our efforts and integrity on this project led to future projects with the company.

GMTS Midstream Services

New Facility Construction—Towers, vessels, flares, small to large piping fabrication(stainless and carbon), power plants, gas plants, compressor stations, meter stations, saltwater disposals, anime units, electrical infrastructure, civil infrastructure, and site excavation.

Pipeline—New pipeline construction services for small to medium size projects. GMTS can install up to 12” pipe in the southern United States.

Facility Rehab—GMTS has an extensive background in rehabilitation projects. From civil construction, piping, to electrical rehab, GMTS has countless man-hours in plant and facility operational rehabilitation. Towers, vessels, lact units, compressors, amine units and knockout drums.

Pipeline Maintenance—GMTS can also contribute to your pipeline maintenance needs. From assisting operations in groundwork, to helping your every need in pipeline maintenance. Our supervisors and crews are certified and OQ’d, and we have the right tools for the job.
