    university lecturers and staffs. This tools will encompass both collaboration,

    communication and academic products(like Google Body for the medical and biological

    students). In the memo, the lecturers will be told to encourage the students to make use of

    such Google products to facilitate learning. This can help Google achieve more than 4000

    people subscribe to one Google product or the; and a viral spread of news of Google

    products to more than 25,000 students on campus.

    The student affairs can also provide Google access to an email address that allow

    Google send an email to all the OAU staffs at the same time. In this email, Google will

    be showcasing to the lecturers to the power of Google for collaborative and more

    immersive education.

    Google can also ask the university to post an article on Google products for the

    academia on the university website homepage.

    Freshmen Google Plus/Gmail IDs: Freshmen will have to use their Google plus orGmail IDs to participate in Google Rewards during the orientation programme. From

    Google training to raffle draws, students will use their Google Plus /Gmail IDs to

    subscribe. This will lead to automatic subscription of more than 5000 Freshmen, who if

    properly trained and shown the power of Gmail and Google Plus over Yahoo!/

    Facebook or other products, will spread the news to friends and families

    3. The Ile-Ife Community: Prior to the orientation programme, a postal can go outsidecampus reading for example Google is on the Obafemi Awolowo University

    time it is happening in 50 years Dont miss it! This will create an influx of Ile-Ife

    indigenes( or other local universities/polytechnics students around) into the campus.

    There will be Google Banners all round campus that will make them feel Googles

    presence on Campus as they come-in from the Campus gate.

    On the Obafemi Awolowo University Campus, they can join Google at Google Stands or

    Google Canopies to see a showcase of Google products, open free accounts on Google

    Plus, Gmail. Ask technical programmes and more.

    Sustainability Measures

    To ensure a continued increase in subscription for Google Products especially Google Plus

    and Gmail, I will advice the formation of a GTUG for the Obafemi Awolowo University,

    which of-course is not for OAU students only both everyone in Osun State. A letter can

    quickly be drafted during the event to the DSA so that the organization can be

    endorsed/registered by the Department of student Affairs.

    Independent Technology/Google enthusiasts can lead this technology group and use all

    forms of tools and programmes to spread Googles products in Osun State. Although, this

    can be under the monitoring of the Google Ambassadors. I will also advice the selection ofmore Google Ambassadors from the Obafemi Awolowo University.
