    Gluten-Free Pizza Crust

    This is the best gluten-free pizza crust Ive ever had! I love this recipe, of course, I didnt have much

    incentive to develop it since pizzaiola makes a decent gluten-free pizza I would recommend pizzaiola

    to anyone, truthfully they make a tasty GF pizza, however, now that Ive developed this recipe I have

    no incentive to order from them again (unless Im feeling lazy.) Honestly, try this crust its amazing I

    think its one of the best gluten-free recipes Ive ever developed!

    Prep Time: 30 minutes

    Cook Time: 10 minutes

    Total time: 40 minutes

    Yeild: one 12-inch gluten-free pizza crust

    Ingredients:

    1. 1/4 cup tapioca flour (Bobs Red Mill)

    2. 1 2/3 cup sweet rice flour (Y&Y Brand)

    3. 1/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour (Bobs Red Mill)

    4. 1/4 buckwheat flour (cuisine soleil)

    5. 3 tbs almond flour (jk Gourmet)

    6. 1 tsp xanthum gum (Bobs Red Mill)

    7. pinch salt

    8. 2/3 cup soy milk (So Good)

    9. 1 tsp active dry yeast (Fleischmanns)

    10. 1 tbs cane sugar (Nativa)

    11. 1 egg

    12. 3 tbs grapeseed oil

    13. 2/3 cup of water (tap or spring)

    Directions:

    In a large bowl combine all the flours, the salt, egg, xanthum gum grapeseed oil, and water. Now,

    microwave for 20 seconds 2/3 cup of soy milk and add yeast and sugar, set aside for 5 minutes.

    Combine the soy milk containing yeast and sugar with the other ingredients and using a hand mixer,

    dough hooks and the highest setting mix together for 5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fehrenheit

    After the 20 minutes are up roll the dough into a 12-inch pizza pan and place in the oven. Bake for 10

    minutes then remove. Note: that for a 12 inch pan this will make a fairly thick crust.

    After the crust has cooled for about 20 minutes you can add your sauce, cheese and other toppings.

    Bake for an additional 20 minutes depending on the amount of toppings youve added.

    Thats it delicious pizza in just over an hour (the crust takes about 40 minutes.) Now, after you try this
