Report on Nature expedition Tour

Industrial & Placement Cell of B. V. Shah (Vadi-Vihar) Science College, Wadhwan, had

organized Nature expedition Tour for UG and PG students dated on 01/04/2018 to

02/04/2018 (Two days) at Sasan Gir, Taluka Talala, District Junagadh.

In the nature’s lap, students had explore few part of Gir forest with getting the

knowledge of various plants, trees and animals. Various medicinal plants they had

also studied there which was the part of syllabus for PG students.

They had also visit Devaliya Safari Park. In this park, they got the information about

all wild life animals from Museum. Thereafter, they visit the Safari Park for live animal

connection from bus. They had seen the various wild life animals from this bus visit

like lion, lioness, deer, panthers etc.

On the next day, they had visit Manej temple for tracking adventure experience with

exploration of nature. After completion of tracking, they had visit the water fall for

finding the beauty of nature where they felt relaxed.

Students had also enjoyed some activities and delicious food at farm. The trip was

organized under guidance and support of Dr. Girish K. Goswami Dean, Faculty of

Science and prior permission and guidance of Dr. Vedvyas Dwivedi, Provost, C. U.

Shah University. Dr. Dharmvirsinh Parmar, Dr. Bonny Patel, Miss Rajal Daslaniya

and Miss Pooja Trivedi had escorts all the students.

The tour was successful as in the nature’s lap students got knowledge with lots of fun.
