GDV – proven GIS technology and many years of IACS expertise
For more than 15 years we have been developing software solutions in the IACS-GIS environment. Already in 2005, we developed the first IACS online application form and paved the way for the full implementation of all EU requirements for this specialized procedure. Consequently, we have deve-loped geo-specialist applications for on-the-spot inspections and LPIS quality assessments, as well as complete IACS-GIS solutions. Our IACS applications are now in use throughout Europe.
The constant development and adaptation of our solutions to changing re-quirements and the close communication with the JCR give us a comprehen-sive knowledge of the IACS and you the security to always act compliant to the specifications.
GSAAcore – ready for the next step
All requirements of the pre-check phase and late reports can be imple-mented with GSAAcore
Applications based on GSAAcore can be easily and quickly upgraded to a data / information hub (e.g., geotagged photos, messaging, integration of remote sensing services, etc.) with applicants
Therefore, with GSAAcore you are “ready for monitoring”
Digital geo-based application with GDV’s GSAAcore
In the framework of the EU agricultural programs, all services are financed from two funds: from the European Union Guarantee Fund for Agriculture (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). The application for payments from these funds is made for all applicants in the form of an electronic single application.
Since 2018, this IACS single application must be 100 % geo-based GeoSpa-tial Aid Application. This means that all cultivated areas must be geographically accurately recorded using GIS functionality. The use of online features and a pre-check (pre-check phase) are mandatory. In addition, the new funding period and mandatory monitoring will require an increased use of web technologies for data exchange and communication with the applicant.
With GSAAcore, we have developed a dedicated, easy-to-use application based on field-proven, flexible technology that enables rapid customization while delivering high performance, security and scalability.

Solutions from GDV – more than just software
For over 50 years, the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) has been the European Union‘s (EU) most im-portant common policy. The CAP is financed by two funds which form part of the EU‘s general budget:
The European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) primarily finances direct payments to farmers and
measures regulating or supporting agricultural mar-kets. The European Agricultural Fund for Rural Devel-opment (EAFRD) finances the EU‘s contribution to rural development programs.

Components for logging in with interfaces for connection to an authentication
Form components for viewing and editing the single application
Table- and form-based view of attribute data of application geometries including a preview map
Map-based geo components for a comfortable handling of application geometries with the help of IACS-specific tools
Rule-based checks in both form and map section, as well as across the board
Integrated professional validation according to JRC specifications
Dynamic rule-based display of forms and its form elements
Technicale core elements Web-based software solution regarding multi-layer
structure
Based on the Java API GDV-MapBuilder
