What: Volunteers are needed to help run the different festival booths and activities along with selling tickets. Money goes to the P.T.A. and safety patrols.

When: Thursday, October 28th from 4:30-7:30 p.m.

What: Write a sweet letter to a terminally ill or very sick child! You will be given a picture of the child and some background information about their condition. Your letter will be mailed directly to these children.

When: Right after the meeting! It should only take 15 minutes at most.

Earn 5 points! Sign in when you turn in the completed letter.

You can say: "Wishing you well," "Praying for you," "Thinking of you,” etc.

Send cheery mail. You can tell a joke or funny story that happened to you.

Tell a little bit about yourself and your family. Vacation stories are great.

Kids LOVE stories!!BE CREATIVE!!

Do’s Don’tsDon’t say: "Get well

soon," "Get better," or anything similar, as some kids have illnesses with no known cure and sadly will not get better.

Avoid sending religious comments as the kids may have different beliefs from you.
