EONCOR CI 1044 Gas Corrosion inhibitor

Description

EONCOR CI 1044 is a film forming quaternary amine base, corrosion inhibitor specially

formulated for corrosion inhibitor in gas system.

It is useful for treating oil and gas production from downhole through flow line, pipe line and

process equipment.

EONCOR CI 1044 adalah senyawa pembentuk lapisan amin untuk sistem gas yang terbuat dari

quaternary amine. Diformulasikan khusus untuk

pemakaian dalam sumur, pipa dan peralatan proses.

Benefits

EONCOR CI 1044 forms a protective film on

the metal surface, thereby reducing metal loss and pitting.

EONCOR CI 1044 is effective against

hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon dioxide (CO2),

and other organic/inorganic acid type corrosion.

Application

EONCOR CI 1044 can be batch treated, but it is preferable to inject continuously into the

flowing stream. The injection rate is about 100-200 ppm base on produced fluid or 0.5 - 10

pint/MMSCF base on produce gas. The dosage

depends on the severity of the corrosion problem.

EONCOR CI 1044 sangat efektif terhadap

Cara pemakaian

EONCOR CI 1044 dapat digunakan dengan cara penambahan sewaktu-waktu (batch), tetapi

akan lebih baik bila dilakukan penambahan terus menerus. Gunakan pada 100-200 ppm

berdasarkan jumlah fluida atau pada 0.5 - 10

pint/MMSCF berdasarkan jumlah gas. Dosis yang digunakan tergantung dari kondisi

lapangan.
