1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to present a detailed description of the all Government orders of Government of Andhra Pradesh. It will explain the purpose and features of the system, the interfaces of the system, what the system will do and how it reacts to external stimuli. This document is intended for both the stakeholders and the developers of the system.

2. Scope

The application to be developed and maintain in Government of Andhra Pradesh Government Orders to retrieve answers to the questions . The given below are the list of some core functionalities related to AIS HRMS GO's

3. Present System in GO's

4. Proposed system4.1 Use Case 1 : Input File type as PDF's


Brief Description: The user either uploads all old GO's in the form of PDF's to the IBM Watson. These files are in the form of unstructured data.

Initial Step-By-Step Description:

Before this use case can be initiated, the user should upload all GO'S in the IBM Watson

Trigger Unstructured data

Precondition 1. Before this use case can be initiated, the user will be uploaded all the old GO's in the IBM Watson

2. User should upload the PDF file format (unstructured data) in IBM Watson


3. All the GO’s related to government of Andhra Pradesh has been integrated to IBM Watson from the “GOIR-Government Order Issue Register” to IBM Watson

Basic Path 1. User should as question to the IBM Watson2. User should have access to IBM Watson3. System will automatically suggest the answer which is

exact match to the question.4. For E.g.: If the user asking a question related to "Which

officer to visit foreign countries for the last 5 years?"5. Question: Which officer to visit foreign countries for

the last 5 years?"6. System parses questions into different keywords and

sentence fragments in order to find statistically related phrases related to that question.

7. System, checks all the un-structured data and question answering process and get the exact answer.

8. The exact answer should be displayed to the user9. System will also suggest the other alternative options.

Post condition If a new GO is created in GOIR, it will automatically created in IBM Watson and the same file should be in IBM Watson.

System will also consider newly added GO and get processed in answering the user's question

System will provide an option to answer the question in the user's local Language

Note: Government of Andhra Pradesh encourage "Telugu" Language

4.2 Use Case 2 : Input File type as unstructured data like (PDF's, word, excel etc)


Brief Description: The employee either uploads all old GO's in the form of unstructured data like word, text, excel etc. It's in the form of unstructured data


Before this use case can be initiated, the user should upload all GO'S (all types of unstructured data) in the IBM Watson

2. User should upload the all types of unstructured date like word, excel etc in IBM Watson


Basic Path 1. User should as question to the IBM Watson2. User should have access to IBM Watson3. System will automatically suggest the answer which

is exact match to the question.4. For E.g.: If the user asking a question related to AIS

Officer Foreign visits5. Question: Which officer visits foreign countries

frequently?6. System parses questions into different keywords

and sentence fragments in order to find statistically related phrases related to that question.

7. System, checks all the un-structured data and question answering process and get the exact answer.

8. System will check all the documents to be processed in Answering the question of the user

9. The exact answer should be displayed to the user10. System will also suggest the other alternative

options.

Post condition If a new GO is created in GOIR, it will automatically created in IBM Watson

If a new document, excel sheet to be uploaded in the IBM Watson tool The updated document data should also be considered while responding answering to the question

Exact answer should be shown to the user

4.3 Use Case 3 : Input File type as Audio, Image, Video, text and speech


Brief Description: The employee either uploads all old GO's in the form of PDF's it's in the form of unstructured date


Before this use case can be initiated, the user should upload all GO'S in the IBM Watson

2. User should upload the Audio, Image, Video, text and


speech file format (unstructured data) in IBM Watson3. System should use Language Translator to transfer the

speech off local language to English Language and vice-versa

Basic Path 1. User should as question to the IBM Watson2. User should have access to IBM Watson3. The different formats of files to upload it into IBM

Watson is as follows Audio Image Video Text Speech4. Audio: System accepts all types of audio files and store

it in IBM Watson tool 5. If the user upload the same audio file then system will

ask for "Can you replace the existing audio file? If the user clicks on "OK" then newly updated file should be in updated in Watson.

6. If the user uploads new audio file then the newly added audio file information should also be consider while retrieving the answer of the question.

7. Image : System accepts all types of image files and store it in IBM Watson tool

8. If the user upload the same image file then system will ask for "Can you replace the existing image file? If the user clicks on "OK" then newly updated file should be in updated in Watson.

9. If the user uploads new image file then the newly added image file information should also be consider while retrieving the answer of the question..

10. Video : System accepts all types of video files and store it in IBM Watson tool

11. If the user upload the same video file then system will ask for "Can you replace the existing video file? If the user clicks on "OK" then newly updated file should be in updated in Watson.

12. If the user uploads new audio file then the newly added audio file information should also be consider while


retrieving the answer of the question..13. Text : System accepts all types of Text files and store it

in IBM Watson tool 14. If the user upload the same Text file then system will

ask for "Can you replace the existing Text file? If the user clicks on "OK" then newly updated file should be in updated in Watson.

15. If the user uploads new Text file then the newly added Text file information should also be consider while retrieving the answer of the question..

16. Speech : System accepts all types of speech files and store it in IBM Watson tool

17. If the user upload the same speech file then system will ask for "Can you replace the existing speech file? If the user clicks on "OK" then newly updated file should be in updated in Watson.

18. If the user uploads new speech file then the newly added video file information should also be consider while retrieving the answer of the question..

19. If user asks the question by voice or by entering text, system has to answer the question accordingly.

20. If question expressed in natural language, seeks to understand it in much greater detail, and returns a precise answer to the question.

21. Accuracy is high level priority in the project.

Post condition If a new GO is created in GOIR, it will automatically created in IBM Watson

System will consider newly added GO also should be processed in answering the user's question

System should use Language Translator to transfer the speech off local language to English Language and vice-versa
