Notre effectif permet d'intervenir à tous les niveaux. Ainsi notre force est de pouvoir adapter les différents intervenants pour chacun des projets réalisés. Nos effectifs ont évolué pendant la dernière décennie de 400 personnes en 2002 à 800 personnes en 2012 avec des pics de plus de 2000 personnes en 2010. BUREAU TECHNIQUE : Notre bureau technique permet la conception, le développement et le suivi de projets grâce, entre autres, à l’utilisation des logiciels pour la planification, le design (MS PROJECT, PREMAVERA, AUTOCAD, CADWORKS PLAN, TEKLASTRUCTURE …). SERVICE MONTAGE : Plus que la mise en place de ressources matérielles, notre société tient à mettre les moyens humains nécessaires en qualification et en nombre pour apporter un service satisfaisant à nos clients. Un noyau de Personnel clé permanent de 240 personnes permet le pilotage des chantiers et la coordination entre la direction et les divers chantiers et de veiller à la réalisation des projets dans les délais.

Our staff allows intervening in all the levels. Thus our force is to be able to adapt the different stakeholders for each realized project. Our staff improved during the last ten years from 400 persons in 2002 to 800 persons in 2012 with a peak of more than 2000 persons in 2010. TECHNICAL OFFICE: Our technical office allow the conception, the development and the following up of the projects thanks to ,among others, the use of software for planning, design (MS-project, PREMAVERA, AUTOCAD, CADWORKS PLAN, TEKLASTRUCTURE …). ERECTION DEPARTMENT: In addition to the putting in place of the material resources, our company cares for putting the necessary human means in sufficient qualification and number to bring a satisfying service to our clients.
