1. The applicant shall comply with the Telecommunications Law, any other relevant Laws and regulations, the terms and conditions of this application and with any Approval granted by ictQATAR.

2. For supplying, selling, & installing of Radiocommunication Equipment & Telecom Terminal Equipment, the applicant must submit an agreement or an authorization from the regional distributor or the manufaturer.

3. Import permission from ictQATAR is a mandatory requirement for all radio equipment using radio frequencies. ictQATAR grants this permission, to authorized dealers and radio license holders. 4. The dealers, while accepting orders, should ensure that the user is the actual license holder and obtain a copy of license. The dealer also to ensure that import permission and type approval certificates are already obtained and the equipment conforms to approved technical characteristics.

5. No order should be placed by users with any dealer/supplier/contractor unless the above license formalities are completed and frequencies are intimated by ictQATAR.

6. The contractor or dealer should have experience in dealing with radio equipment. After Pre-qualification, and subject to conditions and payment of fees, Approval for dealing with Telecommunications Equipment will be issued by ictQATAR.

7. The Approval for dealing with Telecommunications Equipment and related Activities is granted on payment of QR. 1,000/- per year.

8. For Supplying, Selling, Installation and Maintenance of DTH equipment, the applicant should comply with the following requirements: a. The applicant shall have well equipped maintenance workshop for installation and maintenance purposes; b. The applicant shall have qualified technical staff capable for installation and maintenance and programming the allowed channels along vvvvv fffffffffffwith equipped vehicles; c. The applicant shall have sound financial position (statement of account should be submitted); d. Consequently, the requested documents related to the above terms and conditions shall be furnished by the applicant so that the application jjjjjjjjjjjjcan be evaluated for the purpose of issuing the necessary approval.

9. The Approval is granted to the applicant who is not allowed to transfer it, either temporarily or permanently to any third party, nnwithout the prior written approval of ictQATAR.

10. As a condition to obtain the Approval for dealing with Telecommunications Equipment and related Activities, the concerned officials of ictQATAR shall be entitled, at all times, to enter the applicant’ premises to carry out their duties as deemed necessary.

11. The applicant acknowledges that ictQATAR is in the process of establishing a new telecommunications regulatory framework and hhhthe applicant shall be subject to that framework in due course.
