BATTERIES• Caution! There is danger of explosion from improper replacement of the battery. Replace battery only with the same or

equivalent type of battery.• Always exchange the entire set of batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries, or batteries with different charge state.• Make sure the batteries are correctly inserted. Observe the polarity (+) plus / (-) negative on the battery and the housing.

Improperly inserted battery can lead to leakage or, in extreme cases, a fire or an explosion.• Never expose batteries to excessive heat (e.g. bright sun, fire), and never throw them into fire. BEDIENUNG1. Setzen Sie sich auf einen bequemen Stuhl und stellen das Massagegerät auf den Boden vor sich auf.2. Setzen Sie Ihren Fuß mit der Ferse auf die hintere Massagefläche.3. Zum Einschalten der Vibrationsmassage, drücken und halten Sie den Fuß auf die hintere

Massagefläche.4. Bewegen Sie den Fuß auf der Massagefläche langsam nach hinten, so daß die gesamte Fußfläche

Die Garantiezeit beträgt 24 Monate und beginnt am Tag des Kaufs. Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon als Kaufnachweis auf. Für die Einsendung defekter Geräte während der Garantiezeit sowie eine reibungslose Bearbeitung Ihres Problems setzen Sie sich bitte telefonisch oder per Email mit uns in Verbindung. Geschulte Mitarbeiter werden Ihr Anliegen aufnehmen und Sie hier mit Rat und Tat unterstützen. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät transportsicher, möglichst in der Originalverpackung, verpackt ist, um Transportschäden zu vermeiden.

Von der Garantie ausgenommen sind Schäden, die auf unsachgemäßer Behandlung beruhen, sowie Verschleißteile und Verbrauchsmaterial.

Batteriewechsel, die Batterien im Gerät selbst und Leuchtmittel sind von der Garantie ausdrücklich ausgenommen.

Dieses Gerät unterliegt einer strengen Qualitätskontrolle auf einwandfreie Materialbeschaffenheit, Verarbeitung und Funktionalität. Sollten doch einmal Mängel entstehen, die nicht auf unsachgemäße Verwendung des Produktes (z.B. Wasser- oder Fallschaden, fehlerhafte Bedienung, etc.) zurückzuführen sind, übernehmen wir im Rahmen der Garantie die Behebung dieser Schäden (durch Austausch oder Vergütung). Rossmann reguliert im Rahmen der Garantie nur Schäden am von der Garantie umfassten Produkt selbst, in Form von Ersatzlieferung oder Vergütung.

Wir behalten uns vor, nicht mehr lieferbare Artikel durch Rückzahlung des Kaufbetrages anhand des Kassenbons zu vergüten.

Weitere Schadenersatzansprüche jeder Art, insbesondere wegen Pflichtverletzung und aus unerlaubter Handlung sowie Ansprüche auf Ersatz vergeblicher Aufwendungen, sind nicht von der Garantie umfasst; gleiches gilt für Ansprüche auf Ersatz von Mangelfolgeschäden. Weitergehende Ansprüche entstehen im Rahmen der Garantie nicht. Die obigen Beschränkungen gelten nicht für Ansprüche aus Schäden, aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers, oder der Gesundheit, oder aus Vorsatz, oder aus grober Fahrlässigkeit, oder aus dem Produkthaftungsgesetz.

Die Garantie erlischt bei unsachgemäßer Verwendung, Eingriffen von fremder Seite bzw. selbst ausgeführten technischen Veränderungen am Gerät. Die Garantieleistung verlängert oder erneuert nicht die Garantie von 24 Monaten.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Ihre gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte bei Mängeln (Nacherfüllung, Minderung, Rücktritt, Schadens- bzw. Aufwendungsersatz) durch die Garantie in keiner Form eingeschränkt werden, sondern unabhängig von der Garantie bestehen.

Under our guarantee conditions we assume the guarantee for our technical equipment for perfect condition and function. The guarantee term is 24 months and begins on the day of purchase. Please retain your till receipt as evidence of purchase. Please contact us by telephone or email for return of your defective equipment during the guarantee term as well as smooth resolution of your problems. Well trained employees shall take up your concerns and support you in word and deed. Please make sure that your equipment is safe for transportation, if possible in its original packaging in order to avoid transport damages.

Excluded from the guarantee are damages caused by improper usage, as well as to expendable parts and consumables, battery replacement; the batteries in the equipment and lamps are expressly excluded from the guarantee.

This equipment is subject to strict quality control with regard to perfect condition, processing and functionality. If damages occur, however, which are not attributable to the incorrect usage of the product (for example water or damage from dropping, incorrect operation, etc.), we shall assume the removal of these defects in the framework of the guarantee (by exchange or repayment). Rossmann shall rule only on damages to the product guaranteed itself, by supplying a replacement or by repaying the purchase cost.

We reserve the right, to make repayment for items that are out of stock on basis of the receipt.

Further damage compensation claims of any kind, particularly owing to breach of obligations and unpermitted handling, as well as claims on repayment of expenses paid in vain, are not included in the guarantee; the same shall apply to claims on repayments of consequential harm caused by a defect. Any further claims are excluded in this guarantee. The aforementioned limitations do not apply to claims on damages from harm to life, body or health or attributable to intent or gross negligence, or the product liability law.

The guarantee expires in case of improper usage, access by third parties, or own attempts to make technical amendment to the equipment. The guarantee services do not increase or renew the guarantee term of 24 months.

Please note that your legal guarantee rights in cases of defects (supplementary fulfilment, reduction, cancellation, damage or expenses) are not limited by the guarantee in any way, but exist independently of the guarantee.

Malın arızasının 10 iş günü içerisinde giderilememesi halinde imalatçı - üretici veya ithalatçı malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere sahip başka bir malı tüketicinin kullanımına tahsis etmek zorundadır. Ürünün satış faturası ile birlikte DİRK ROSSMANN MAĞAZACILIK TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. İbrazı durumunda birebir değişimi yapılmaktadır.

4) Malın garanti süresi içerisinde, gerek malzeme ve işçilik, gerekse montaj hatalarından dolayı arızalanması halinde, işçilik masrafı, değiştirilen parça bedeli ya da başka herhangi bir ad altında hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin tamiri yapılacaktır.

5) Tüketicinin onarım hakkını kullanmasına rağmen malın;• Tüketiciye teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren, belirlenen garanti

süresi içinde kalmak kaydıyla, bir yıl içerisinde; en az 4 defa veya imalatçı-üretici ve/veya ithalatçı tarafından belirlenen garanti süresi içerisinde 6 defa arızalanmasının yanı sıra bu arızaların maldan yararlanamamayı sürekli kılması,

• Tamiri için gereken azami sürenin aşılması,• Firmanın servis istasyonunun, servis istasyonunun mevcut olmaması

halinde sırayla satıcısı, bayii, acentası, temsilciliği, ithalatçısı veya imalatçı - üreticisinden birisinin düzenleyeceği raporla arızanın tamirinin mümkün bulunmadığının belirlenmesi, durumlarında tüketici malın ücretsiz değiştirilmesini, bedel iadesi veya ayıp oranında bedel indirimi talep edilebilir.

6) Malın kullanma kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasından kaynaklanan arızalar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.

7) Garanti Belgesi ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek sorunlar için Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı, Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi Genel Müdürlüğü’ne başvurulabilir.

Záruka za jakost poskytnutá prodávajícím tímto záručním listem se vztahuje na technické výrobky (spotřebiče) privátní značky Ideen Welt a je poskytována zásadně kupujícímu, který je spotřebitelem ve smyslu § 419 zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, v platném znění. Je-li zákazníkem podnikatel a při uzavření kupní smlouvy je z okolností zřejmé, že se koupě týká jeho podnikatelské činnosti, má kupující pouze zákonná práva z odpovědnosti za vady, která vyplývají z § 2165 a násl. zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, v platném znění. Záruka se vztahuje na vady (s výjimkami dále uvedenými) zakoupených výrobků, které se projeví v záruční době.

Doba trvání záruky činí 24 měsíců a začíná běžet dnem uzavření kupní smlouvy (který zásadně odpovídá dni předání/převzetí výrobku kupujícímu). Záruka je poskytována na území České republiky. Pro případ uplatnění práv z vad (reklamace) je nutné uchování pokladního dokladu, který je třeba předložit spolu s dotčeným výrobkem v původním originál obalu (za účelem prověření kupujícím vytčené vady) ve stanovené záruční době na prodejně, kde byla kupní smlouva uzavřena, či na jiné prodejně prodávajícího v České republice, kde bude možné reklamaci s ohledem na sortiment takové prodejny vyřídit. Běh záruční doby se případným uplatněním práva z vad v průběhu záruční doby nestaví, ani nepřerušuje.

Kupující je oprávněn uplatnit v záruční době následující nároky z vad na základě této záruky ohledně vadného výrobku. Kupující je oprávněn požadovat výlučně výměnu vadného výrobku za totožný výrobek bez vad, nejpozději ve lhůtě do 30 dnů. Nebude-li dle sdělení prodávajícího možná výměna za totožný výrobek bez vad ve lhůtě do 30 dnů, pak má kupující právo odstoupit od kupní smlouvy a požadovat vrácení kupní ceny oproti vrácení vadného výrobku v původním originál obalu. Výše uvedený nárok v rámci reklamace vady nelze jednostranně měnit. Při reklamaci vady výrobku předloží kupující příslušný pokladní doklad o zakoupení výrobku a dotčený výrobek, jakož i úplně a pravdivě vyplněný formulář, který je přílohou tohoto záručního listu. Prodávající kupujícímu na požádání potvrdí, že reklamaci přijal a případně také jakým způsobem byla tato vyřízena.

Před prvním použitím výrobku doporučujeme pečlivě prostudovat návod či pokyny k použití a důsledně se těmito řídit. Tato záruka se nevztahuje především na vady, které vznikly v důsledku vnější události (vyšší moci), neodborného zacházení s výrobkem (včetně vad způsobených např. pádem, vodou, mechanickým poškozením, poruchami v elektrické či jiné síti, nevhodnými provozními podmínkami, rušivými elektromagnetickými vlivy, znečištěním výrobku či jeho nedostatečnou údržbou atp.), zásahu třetí strany, technické úpravy na přístroji provedené svépomocí, či zacházení s výrobkem v rozporu s návodem a/nebo pokyny prodávajícího, výrobce, dovozce či dodavatele, a použití výrobku k jinému než těmito určenému účelu, jakož i případné změny jakosti výrobku způsobené jeho běžným opotřebením. Záruka se nevztahuje také na případy uvedené v §§ 2013, 2116, 2167 a 2170 zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, v platném znění. Baterie případně obsažené ve výrobku a osvětlovací prvky jsou ze záruky rovněž vyloučeny.

Kupující nabývá na základě koupě výrobku další práva dle platných právních předpisů. Poskytnutím této záruky nejsou dotčena taková práva kupujícího plynoucí z kogentních ustanovení takových právních předpisů, především zákonné nároky z vad výrobku či nároky na náhradu škody.
