Isla has been working as a communications specialist since 2006 and joined Southwestern Consulting in 2010 where she holds both positions as Consultant

and Corporate Program Director. She is a certified consultant who trains and delivers on workplace mediation and facilitation. She has most recently created

curriculums for both conflict resolution and performance mediation in which she can coach and train companies and organizations to practice and deliver mediation
