FUNCTION

To supply fuel into the cylinder in accordance with the needs of the engine.

Fuel Tank

Fuel tanks made of metal plate, attached on the back of vehicles to avoid leakage in the event of collision. On the inside is coated with anti-rust coating, Sparator paired in the tank to prevent fuel down - up at the time the car running. End of the fuel suction pipe, placed a distance of 2 to 3 cm from the bottom of the tank, to prevent water and dirt sucked.

CHOOKE SYSTEM ( SISTIM CHOOKE )

Function: When the engine is still cold, petrol can not evaporate well and stuck to the wall of intake manifold, so that the mixture of fuel and air into the cylinder becomes thin, the result becomes difficult for the machine is turned on. Chooke system makes the mixture of air and fuel in the ratio of 1:1,

• Chooke valve has 2 kinds Normal model (manual), operated by pulling the cable Chooke automated, this type of valve chooke will operate by itself if the engine cold,  Chooke automatic valve there are 2 kinds, namely: Operated by using pendingi water and electrically-operated

CHOOKE SYSTEM

Water heating system:

CHOOKE SYSTEM

Electrical System: In this system is equipped with a bimetallic chooke, heated with electric heat coil, opening the valve chooke based expansion due to heat heat bimetallic coil which is connected to terminal "L" alternator if the alternator using the IC regulator or to the terminal "N" if the alternator voltage regulator using the model platinum. Current into the heat coil is limited to use PTC (positive Temperature Coefisient thermistor) to prevent incoming overcurrent.

CHOOKE OPENER ( UNTUK MODEL TERTENTU )

Sistim ini dipasangkan hanya untuk model – model tertentu.

Fungsinya :Apabila terjadi kesalahan pada sistim automatic chooke yang mengakibatkan sistim tidak dapat bekerja, agar campuran udara dan bahan bakar tidak menjadi terlalu kaya, karena sistim chooke tidak dapat bekerja ( membuka ), maka chooke opener akan bekerja untuk membuka katup chooke.

CHOOKE BREAKER

Function: To open the valve slightly after the engine life chooke to a mixture of air and fuel is not too rich after the engine of life.

How it works: After engine start in cold temperatures, is still in chooke valve closed position. So that the mixture of air and fuel became too rich. To combat this, the choke valve should be opened slightly based on engine temperature. If the engine temperature below 17o C, so that work is diphragm "A" thus opening the valve is not too wide, When the engine temperature is above 17o C diaphragm "B" go to work This is made possible by the work of TVSV

HOT IDLE COMPENSATOR

Function: To add to the fresh air from the air horn (air filters) at the time of the heat engine to campuaran air and fuel is not too heavy due to fuel evaporation in the carburetor temperature caused by high engine room.

How it works: If the engine room temperature reaches 55o C or more, then the bimetallic will expand and open the air valve, so that fresh air can flow into the intake manifold to add air to fuel mixture does not become too fat.
