Welcome to Health 2.0 Asia 2016 Conference! The Wellness IT Association(WiTA), a non-profit organization under the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future

Planning in South Korea, successfully held the first Health 2.0 Asia Conference in 2015. The main theme of the

2015 conference was “Happiness IT Platform & Global Alliance”,and had kick-off meetings to stimulate the

development of “Senior Reference Index” based on the Longevity Agein collaboration with US, UK, Japan,

China and Korea.

This year the Health 2.0 Asia Conferenceis expanding to include China. Pangyo Global Business

Centeroperatedby WiTAin South Korea is co-hosting this 2016 Conference with theNanjing Municipal Jiangbei

New Area Administrative Committee, which is responsible for the 13thChinese National New Area development

in the northern region of the Yangtze River.

The Health 2.0 Asia 2016 Conferencegoals are to promote the health and wellness IT industry with multilateral

collaboration and to explore the newly emerging Asian markets especially in China. Both Korea and China will

further the Asian Themes to make this event the platform for cooperation not only to develop the “Happiness

Curating Service” but also to build the senior services testbeds to reform the “Senior Reference Data”.

It is my hope that the SMEs from all over the world as members of the “Global Alliance”, not only foster the new

future ICTconvergence industry but also expand their business into Asia, the U.S. and E.U. with the support of

the Pangyo Global Business Center.
