What an exciting and fulfi lling weekend we have ahead for you in our new Bristol venue. We have great pleasure in welcoming you all to our health, wellbeing and nutrition expo here at The Old Brunel Station.
We have many local exhibitors offering a range of holistic therapy tasters in their individual fi elds, such as Indian Head Massage, Refl exology and Hydrotherm to name a few. There will also be astrology with Hans Baker, psychic art with Patrick Gamble and plenty of life coaching on hand.
We like to focus on nutrition and Sarah Melendez will be there with her Raw Treasure Delicacies as well as a health food stand, Bio Snacky Sprouting and True Slimness.
Moksha with their wonderful healing jewellery, DKW Crystals, Speaking Tree Books and NeilH CD’s will all be on offer amongst an array of fabulous gifts and wares.
Throughout the weekend there will be a variety of free talks and workshops to satisfy your curiosity. With Raw Food, Sound Therapy, Astrology, Life Paths, Meditation and Colour Therapy among some of the topics on offer.
To top it all off we have free demonstrations in Belly Dancing, Drumming, Tai Chi, Yoga, a bit of chanting to lift the spirit and performances by ‘Off The Shelf (Bristol) Ltd. We can’t wait and often join in, which you can also do if you would like to or sit with a lovely cuppa and some wonderful organic food all provided by Govindas and La Ruca.
