Franchisee Service Desk
Steps for Creating New Case
• Kindly log on to http://crm.iifl.in
• Step 1 : Click on “Customer" Advanced "Search” option • Step 2 : Enter Login ID in “Business ID” option & click on “search” button below • Step 3 : Click on “Cases” button • Step 4 : Click on “New Case” button & then select “General” option • Step 5 : - In “Subject Head” option select “FAN Service – BR” • - In “Description“ option click on search button on right side of "Description" option & select
from - “Complaint, Query , Request & Suggestion” as per the form of description. • - In “Product” option click search button on right side of “product” option and select the correct
product from the list i.e. “Equity, Commodity, Currency etc.“ as per the need. • - In “Sub Subject Head” option click on search button on right side of "Sub Subject Head" option
& select “FAN Service Desk” • - Enter details about your requirement in “Details” option • - Mention your remarks in “Remarks” option • - Click on “Save” button after entering all these mandatory fields • Step 6 : In “Status Code” option select “Resolved” option after your case is solved and all your queries
are answered. • Step 7 : Please enter your remarks in “Resolution” & “Remarks” after successful solution to your query &
click “Save” button.

CRM – Step 1 & 2 for FAN
Step 1: - Click on “Customer Advance Search” option
Step 2: - Enter Login ID & click on search button below on

Step 3: Click on “Cases” button
Step 4: Click on new cases button and then select “General” option as shown
CRM – Step 5 for FAN
Step 5: After completion of step 4 you will be directed to this page , please follow steps as mentioned below:
- In “Subject Head” option select “ FAN Service – BR” as shown above - In “Description “option click on search button on right side of Description option & select from “Complaint, Query , Request & Suggestion” as per the form of description. -In “Product” option click search button on right side of product option and select the correct product from the list i.e. “Equity , Commodity , Currency etc. “ as per the need. - In “Sub Subject Head” option click on search button on right side of Sub Subject Head option & select “ FAN Service Desk” as shown above - Enter details about your requirement in “Details” option as above - Mention your remarks in “Remarks” option as shown above - Click on “Save” button after entering all these mandatory fields

Step 6: In “Status Code” option select “Resolved” option after your case is solved and all your queries are answered
Step 7: Please enter your remarks in “Resolution” & “Remarks” after successful solution to your query & click “Save” button
