1. How many Franchisees do you have at present? Currently we have 100 plus Franchisees, Certified Educators, Stem technologists and

Hobby Centers Pan India & one Joint Venture in Abu Dhabi.

2. What is so special about your Franchisee Package? Our package is complete in all respects and Royalty Free. Through serious R&D we have

improved the quality of our Aero-modeling and Robotics Packages significantly. Secondly

our Aero-modeling program is the only AMA recognized Program in India. We are the

only Franchise Program where our Founder himself comes and campaigns for you at no

extra cost.. In Delhi, for example, MRK was instrumental in getting a school order worth

Rs.8 Lakhs in just one day. We offer the most realistic and economical Franchisee

Package in India. Please read the Franchisee comments page at our Home Page. In fact

up an Aero-Sports Franchise because we really care and pray for your success. The fact

3. Do you provide references? Of course! Many of the references from existing Franchisees are posted at our site itself.

Should you wish to speak with someone who is successful, we will be happy to give you

the references any time.

4. Where are the training programs held? The ten days residential, intensive training programs are held at our corporate office in

Thrissur near Kochi International Airport in Kerala. Kerala is a Tourist’s paradise anytime

of the year. Thrissur is the cultural capital of Kerala and is located between Coimbatore &

Cochin. The Cochin International Airport is about 45 kms away on NH47. Thrissur is well

connected by Train and Luxury buses from Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai,

Hyderabad etc.

5. Can a non technical person like a Commerce Graduate also take up your

Aero modeling or Robotics Franchise? Absolutely. Our training is thorough and we have many non technical persons including

women who have taken up our Franchise programs.

6. Who conducts the training? Our Founder M.R.K Menon conducts the Business and Operations Training. We have a

staff of Engineers who take care of the practical training. We also give you opportunities

to attend our School based classes/Workshops/Summer Camps so that you can build up

your confidence/teaching skills. In addition, our CEO, Legal Counsel, Director of Sales &

Marketing Executive keeps a close eye on the Training Program.

7. Do we have to take the classes in English? When you learn from us we can teach you in English-Hindi and Malayalam. When you

conduct classes yourself you can use the local language. Of course English is always

preferred by Schools and Parents. :)

8. How do I join? Sign the MOU which we will Email you once you let us know of your interest to proceed.

Email us a scanned copy. Make the Franchise Fee payment in to our Canara Bank

account in your town/city. Call us and fix up your training dates ASAP. It is as simple as

that.

9. Do you provide On Site Training as I cannot leave my kids/job and attend

training at Thrissur? Sure. We can arrange your training at your home itself or in a hotel. You will have to just

meet our Airfares. Local Transportation, Boarding & Lodging Expenses etc. It is best you

come down to our HQ so that we can show you our various teaching sites. We have

done three onsite training programs to date.

10. Do you provide hotel accommodation? We provide AC accommodation at a decent hotel, which provides an A/C twin bed room

and can accommodate two adults and a child if required.

NOTE: You should arrive on the Prior Evening of the program and leave on the night of

the last day. To help you with your train/bus/air bookings, we are prepared to give you

one additional day.

11. Do we have to make the payment in advance? We have built our business the hard way and the right way. We have received a 99%

Excellent Rating from all our 100 plus Franchisees. People have paid us the entire fee

without even meeting us. In other words we have earned our reputation. We have to be

fair and consistent to all. The time of our Management/Trainers is also precious. Hence

please make the payment before you arrive for training.

12. Do you offer a Refund if we are not satisfied or successful? No. You have to take an acceptable business risk. That is part of being in business. Make

sure that you really want to do it and can do it. Check our references. Speak to us in

detail before you make the payment. Till today we have not had a dissatisfied customer.

If you follow our formula and work hard and with enthusiasm you will surely succeed.

13. How long does it take to get my investment back? We were waiting for this question. Our Franchisee made Rs.8 lakhs from just one school

on an investment of Rs.1.5 Lakhs. The whole process took five days. This can happen to

you also. We would say that you will be able to recover your investment in 3-5 months on

an average.

14. What is the beauty of this business model? i. You do not need an office or show room.

ii. You do not need any employees.

iii. You get paid up front.

iv. By adding one employee you can double your income.

v. You can carry on other business activities if you want.

15. Do you offer discounts if we take multiple Franchisee Packages? Our package prices are one time and the lowest. We do not take any Royalties either.

Full payment has to be made at the time of MOU Signing to avail of any special pricing.

We have included a Free 2 Day, all expenses paid Promotional Campaign by our

Founder provided you get him at least three appointments in schools/Engineering

Colleges/Corporate.

16. Can a person take a Franchisee package for 2 towns/cities? Sure, if you can manage to service both the locations.

17. Do you offer Master Franchises? Yes! We can offer a Master Franchisee by State or large City. In Tier 1 Cities we will have

5 Franchisees. Please call to find out specifics. Everything will be clearly defined on our

MOU.

18. What happens in the second Year? At the end of the First year, you can renew your association with us by paying us

Rs.50,000 per Franchise unit (Rs 100,000 in total for Aero Modeling & Robotics) as a

Renewal Fee. If you are not happy or you want to be totally independent, you can leave

our Network. In that case we will appoint a new Global Aero-Sports Franchisee.

19. Do I need to make any additional investments? Not really because this is the ideal home based business. Of course you will need a Lap

Top, Cell Phone and Internet connection. You will also need a visiting card and brochure

to get started. We have a professional design team that will help you with all this. If you

have an office, it will prove to be advantageous.

20. Do you provide the Robotics Kit as part of the Robotics Franchise package? Absolutely! We give you a brand new Arduino Kit and Software Package at the time of

Training or immediately thereafter via Courier. For each package we give you a free Start

Up Kit as the case may be. Please refer to your MOU.

21. Is this business difficult? Our Franchise Business is easy to operate. Just 4-5 Hours each day will be good

enough.

22. Are your courses recognized? Yes, our Aero-modeling Module and R/C Quad Copter Modules are both recognized by

the Aero Modelers Association, New Delhi of which Aero-Sports is an Institutional

Member. Our Founder is also their Director of Aero-Modeling Education.

23. Can women also own and operate your Franchise? Surely. We have many women entrepreneurs who have enrolled in our various

programs.

27. Do you need a Technical back ground? At the school based level a Technical background is not needed. However if you want to

take up Hi Altitude Rocketry, RC Quad copters etc a Technical background in Electronics

makes a big difference. We have excellent Instructors, Training facilities, Software,

Simulators, Hand Outs etc to make learning easy.

28. What are the costs of the Individual packages? Aero Modeling - Rs 200,000/-
