Mezzanine Fund - This is for established Companies with excellent shovel ready projects with a highly experienced management team. Ideally the companies already have assets and are a going concern.with EBITDA:$3+mm p.a, minimum 5 years Financial History,LTV:20/80%- Waiting time up to 3 moths.3.Debt/Equity Combination Program- If the project is shoveled ready we request from the client the necessary items to conduct a desktop Valuation & DD of the project. If that it successful then the founder will proceed with underwriting the project (80%) then a site visit will be confirmed. This founder has executed deals globally.- Waiting time 2-3 moths.
