Flexible deployment
The forming machine is controlledvia the portioning computer of thevacuum filler. The operator can varythe size of the product by makingweight corrections on the portioningcomputer. Forming nozzles whichare simply pushed on allow a widevariety of shapes of product (e.g.
round, cylindrical, disc-shaped or evenindividual shapes) to be made.

The forming machine shapes productsfrom meat and vegetable mixes whichhold their shape.
UseThe forming machine is connecteddirectly to a VEMAG filler. A grinderin between ensures a final cut
immediately before the product isshaped and isolated. A flattening beltgives the products the desired finalheight as they run on a conveyor belt.The isolated products are then passedon for further processing.

Products made with the formingmachine are characterized by a goodtexture and natural bite. As the forming
machine pumps the raw materialextremely gently, meat fibres are notcrushed or destroyed in contrast toconventional manufacturing methods.The meat fibres in the finished productretain their natural alignment so thatthe end-product has the bite of a hand-made speciality.
Integrating a grinder with an optionalautomatic separation valve also ensuresthat hard product constituents likeparticles of bone, sinew or foreignbodies are reliably removed from the
product.
