Why should efficiency of air conditioning be improved？

Increased cooling performance is requested due to heat generation and high integration of high performance servers. Power consumption by air conditioning is extraordinary high. In the current approach, anti-seismic elements are installed to minimize earthquake impact on server rack in the buildings without anti-seismic countermeasure.
