Our current portfolio of 6,000 apartments represents apartment communities in seven states throughout the Southeast and Texas. We have managed as many as 13,000 apartments in twelve states including Utah, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Ohio. This investment portfolio includes predominantly Class A and B quality assets which require varied objectives to meet owner priorities. Our fee management services consists of Class A and B assets.
