EXISTING SANITARY SEWER AND WATER SYSTEM SHOWN PER PROVIDED SURVEY AND CMUD REFERENCE DRAWINGS. EXISTING PUBLIC UTILITY INFORMATION IS SHOWN FOR REFERENCE ONLY.
