Five Nights At Freddy’s I had just downloaded a game called “Five nights at Freddy’s.” It is a horror

game about animatronics that come to life at night. When I hit play, it showed a newspaper clipping. According to the clipping a family pizzeria was looking for a new security guard to work the night shift. With a sudden flash the words “night one” appeared on the screen. There was a guy that told me the basics (I call him the phone guy). I shivered when he said, “the pizzeria will not be held responsible for any missing, harmed, or killed person.”

When he finished it was 2 am. I peeked at the camera, my worry now was Bonnie, Chika, and Freddy. Foxy however, does not start running until the second night. I bet Scott, the creator, thought Foxy was a little hard to beat so he decided to keep him out of night 1. I tried out the doors and lights. I knew when Markiplier, a YouTuber, played that his battery drained when he left the doors down and the lights on; So I didn't keep the doors down or the light on to avoid my battery dying.

I went back to the show stage camera and I was so shocked, I almost dropped my Samsung. There was Freddy, Chika and an empty cold bare seat. I flew through my cameras like my life depended on it (which it did!). I froze on the party room camera, everything was perfectly normal but an evil bunny with an evil stare on his evil face looking at the camera. I shivered at the sight.

After our staring contest I took a deep breath and went back to the show stage. Chika was still as Freddy, but they were still not to be trusted. I went back to bonnie, there he sat, still in the party room. I closed the camera and sat in the room for a bit and I pondered why I downloaded this game.

After a minute I looked at the show stage. There was only one animatronic to be seen, Freddy. I zoomed through my cameras and came to a sudden halt and froze when I saw Chika, She was an eyesore sitting in that bathroom. I glared and yelled at that animatronic, “When you finish your business go back to the show stage!”

It was 3:00 am. Bonnie was close and so was Chika. After a bit I looked at my camera again. I saw the the footage of Freddy and……… just Freddy, It appeared he was the only animatronic in the building. But no, I knew they were here. I flicked on my light for the right door and there was Chika. I slammed my door shut. Of course happy as can be Bonnie came skipping along, in time with my pounding heart to the left door. It was 4am and 47% battery left. Chika did give me a break and so did Bonnie but, they both came back to the Torture zone, A.K.A. my office.

Me and the animatronics were having a show down. It was 5am and my battery was getting drained from this nonsense. I crossed my fingers, my battery was 20% and chanted “Turn, Turn.” 10%., “turn,” 5%, “turn!” 0%.

The sound of the generator powering off sounded through my office. The pizzeria was dark, both doors opened, and there was no way to access the camera,

no light to turn on, and worst of all, there were no doors to close. The famous music echoed through the office and there was Freddy. with his evil eyes flickering. When they stopped flickering, along with the music I braced myself for a jump scare.

Twenty seconds and still there was no jumpscare, a glitch perhaps? I tried to remember if when I was researching about this game I read about a jumpscare glitch. Then I had flashbacks of when I watched Markiplier play, I knew Freddy’s jumpscare would happen randomly. I braced myself, but then…… DING, DONG, DING, DONG! The clock appeared on my screen and turned to six am.

With sweaty palms and hands that shook so bad they could have caused an earthquake, I jumped up and yelled “In your face Freddy!” I had survived night one of Five Nights At Freddy’s. My victory however, was short lived as night two came across my screen.

The phone guy was back and he said that Foxy was coming out tonight. I had a system, every 50 seconds to check on Foxy and every 2 minutes to check the lights. I named Foxy’s steps and they went like this:

1. Slacking2. Peeking3. Sneaking4. Running5. *Banning or Killing 6. *Returning

*Depends on if he makes it or not.

My heart was pounding so fast, I didn't know what to do. I was so scared I was pacing around in my room. I kept my system up but still I was nervous. Foxy was at stage two and it was 3am. My doors were cleared but after a bit Chika came up to my door. I kept an eye on Foxy because he is not to be trusted. Chika left after a while and then I started feeling more confident about myself.

I went back to pirates cove but then I saw stage three. I didn't leave the camera but then I realized that both of my doors were still open. “FUDGE NUGGETS!” I quickly pulled down the monitor and shut the door as quick as I could. I went back to pirates cove like 123,332,856,872,3758,932,658,723,759,823,685,723,895,634,775,68a5,785 times. After a bit I opened my doors trusting that foxy would leave me alone.

It was getting boring. I thought that night 2 was supposed to be hard. I checked my cameras and then peeked in the hall. There was nothing but a pirate fox running through the hallway! I pulled down my monitor and then went to push the button that would put down my door but, I was too late. All of sudden there was a pirate hanging in my door letting out a long, loud, terrifying, scream like he was being murdered. Unfortunately though, it was me being murdered. I screamed and hurled backwards out of my tipping chair. I looked down on the floor where my phone had fallen and looked at my screen. It turned all static and then it flashed showing me, in a bear suit.

I got up and rubbed my head because now I had a headache thanks to my volume that was set at 7 out of 10 and I hit my head on the wall. I said in a cracking but snide voice, “So you think you can beat me, ha, well ice meet fire.” I got up and tossed my headphones on my bed and lowered my volume to 5. I grabbed my sweaty Samsung that had fallen and pressed the resume button on the main menu. Night 2 flashed across the screen for the second and last time.

I took a quick bite of my half eaten apple and sat it down on the table next to my bed. Then I realized I didn't have a plan. After a moment of pondering I remembered that Americans don’t plan, they do.Eventually I did make a plan, peek at Pirates Cove then cheek my doors. I took a break for a minute then started up again.

At 3 Bonnie came knocking to my door while Chika hanged out in the hallway. Bonnie left after a while but then Chika came at my door. My battery was still pretty high at 60%. Foxy was only at stage 2, but still he is not at all as cute and cuddly as he seems.

Chika was spoiling my plan! It just turned 4 and she still was at my door! I told her and told her I did not want her pizza because it has pepperoni and i'm a vegetarian. I also added “i'm sorry but I can’t trust you with the cupcake because it's probably poisoned or something” but she still wouldn’t leave!

Chika left finally but left with a present for me, 46% battery! I kept a close eye on that little chicken. (Now your probably like She's a duck well She could be a duck but she could be a chicken, a baby chicken, a Chick. There is no “official” definition yet though. Well back to my story.) I was getting nervous about Foxy he was at stage 3 now, my heart was thumping out of my chest, So hard that China could hear me. Bonnie was close but not too close and the same with Chika.

I don't know why but I felt like I should look at the show stage camera because I did not look at it in awhile, I knew this wasn't necessary but I did. What I saw made me drop my Samsung (again) which already had a scratch on it from this indie horror game, I saw a cold, bare, dark, gloomy and empty, stage. I flew through my cameras but I couldn't find him! Then I wondered if he was out for a long time?

I pulled down my monitor and turned on my light and there was Freddy! I slammed the door shut as quick as I could and when I shut the door I looked to see if Chika was still there. Yep, she was. I looked down at my battery and time. I had 38% left at 4 and my usage was 3 out of 5. I could still beat the 2nd night, but I could lose… My faith was dropping down every minute. then I saw it was 5 and I checked my lights and both animatronics were gone! I knew the game had just began.

My battery was at 23% and it was 5am. I checked pirate's cove and saw that Foxy was at stage……. 4! I pulled down my monitor as quick as I could. I slammed shut that metal door and then swooped up my monitor and looked at the hallway. There was Foxy racing down the hallway. I laughed at that and said “Dummy, my door is down.” I pulled down my monitor and went to check the opposite door but

when I pulled it down there was a banging at my door and my heart skipped a beat but, then it stopped! I looked at pirates cove and there was Foxy back at stage 1.

I pulled down my monitor and looked at my battery, it was at 12%! at that moment I saw the clock turning to 6am! I smiled with glee and jumped up and did my victory dance. Then I plopped back on my chair and got ready for night 3. Little did I know that some day this Indie horror game would bring me and my BFF Sabrina together.
