MASS OPTIMIZATIONConsiderable material savings at the sides. The mass and thus the

ski's centre of gravity is concentrated in the middle around the

longitudinal axis. This means better longitudinal stability and balance

when climbing plus smoother skiing on the downhill run.

TORSION CONTROLThe entire top ski surface arcs from edge to edge. In quick turns,

this transfers the power the shortest way– from edge to edge – and

reduces twisting. The slender profi le in the edge area also enhances

edge grip.

STREAM LINEAeroshape creates a streamlined surface form: snow resistance

is reduced in the climb and snow doesn't stick. The ski also glides

through the snow with less resistance in the downhill – and is thus

more energy-saving all-round.

EFFICIENT IN THE CLIMB, AGILE IN THE DOWNHILL.The patented Fischer Aeroshape technology makes the tour ski much lighter and, thanks to the special core and surface

Fischer VACUUM is legendary – and now available for the fi rst time

for a touring ski boot. Ski tourers in particular place extremely high

requirements on boot fi ttings. Long climbs, technical sections,

enjoyable downhills – you don't wait any aches or pains in your feet.

This is why the Fischer orthopaedists, biomechanics and boot

technicians have completely revamped the touring boot, tuned it to

the special requirements of ski tours and added the fully anatomical

VACUUM boot fi tting feature.

The result is a tour boot with more freedom of movement, better power

transfer and a perfect fi t. Fischer Transalp VACUUM: a new milestone.

TOUR CONSTRUCTIONThe Semi Overlap Construction which is optimised for ski tours is a

hybrid consisting of Cabrio and Overlap. The result is top fl exibility in

the climb and strong performance in the downhill. VACUUM technology

enables an individual, anatomic adjustment to all feet. The Thermoshape

boot liner supports the perfect fi t.

FOOT POSITIONINGThe conventional, parallel foot position is unnatural. Soma-Tec offers

ski tourers notably better power transfer for greater uphill comfort

and more enjoyable downhills. The lowered alpine skiing position

supports more direct turn initiation.

CUFF ROTATIONThanks to the previously unattained Cuff Rotation of 60° every step

taken in Hike Mode is up to 10cm longer. May not sound much, but it

has an incredible effect: with an average of 8,000 steps for every

1,000m difference in altitude the Transalp is within reach.

With timer and two different temperatures.New: now featuring for the first time a circulating air oven with additional heating tubes for the inner side of the boot. This makes the fitting experience far more homogeneous as a result as both the outer lying Thermoshape PE and the inner lying Ultralon heel pad are heated.

FEET ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT CONTROL UNIT FOR THE SKIER.

And this is why a perfect fi t of the ski boots is absolutely

indispensable for ski performance.

With Thermo-Shape boot liner technology Fischer achieves an

unparalleled adaptation to the contours of the foot. This is made

possible through a multi-layer construction.

Special Ultralon EVA lies under the PE material on the outside which,

thanks to its formability enables perfect anatomical adaptation and

optimum power transfer. In this adaptation process the boot is heated

for ten minutes up to 80 degrees in the Fischer Thermo-Shape oven

which gives the Ultralon EVA its special fl exibility. Next, the skier puts

on the boot liner. The material hardens within fi ve minutes and gets

the individual, lasting shape you require. The adjustment can be repeated

up to fi ve times which makes the boot a long-term companion even in

the event that the anatomy of the foot changes. In addition to this, Fischer

Comfort Padding ensures you have an excellent fi t in the ankle area, too.

The Low, Medium and High Density versions also take into account the

individual skiing style.

The 180° release reacts in almost all fall directions. Protects ligaments and tendons – particularly in the knee.

BOOT LINERFULL CUSTOM THERMO TOEBOX

The elastic toebox made of special neoprene and lycra perfectly adapts the forefoot width and offers a high thermal insulation at the same time

ULTRALON PADDINGPerfect heel fi t and direct power transfer through thermo-adjustment of ankle padding. Ideal for the VACUUM FIT process.

MOTION SUPPORT LINERA pivot point on the liner cuff where the ankle is increases freedom of movement when required backwards and forwards for easier walking, on ski tours and also on slopes.

RAPID SLIDE SYSTEMExtremely soft material in the instep section of the shell together with the Seamless Slider ensure a level of comfort that was previously thought to be impossible when putting on boots of this target group.

SHELLRUBBER SOLES

Vibram rubber sole made of two components with different hardnesses for perfect grip on steep rock terrain. Using the hard component at the points where the boot comes into contact with the binding means the rubber sole fulfi ls the DIN standard for Alpine boots and bindings.

HIKE RIDE LOCKHIKE: maximum freedom of motion for the cuff so you can walk easily. RIDE: the cuff is blocked at the back, the fl ex at the front stays smooth – for perfect turns in powder. LOCK: the cuff is blocked as on racing boots for maximum performance on the piste.

ON / OFF PISTE MODEThe boot can be adapted according to the respective snow conditions. Removed spoiler for more forward lean (17°, X-Series 17°) and hard piste conditions (On Piste Mode). Lowered spoiler for less forward lean (14°).

ANTI-SLIDE SOLEPLATESAdded safety thanks to maximum grip through soft TPU. With hard PU as a second component to fulfi l the DIN standards.

ADJUSTABLE SPOILERThe spoiler is fi xed to the boot liner by a Velcro strap and can be adjusted indivi-dually. Higher spoiler for more support, lower spoiler for lower calf position, spoiler removed for less forward lean.

SHOCK ABSORBERShock-absorbing shell insert and damping spoiler for soft landings but still with excellent power transfer.
