Technology Due Diligence
Banyan was asked to help evaluate and re-architect the organiza�on, so�ware engineering process, and associated tools. This work allowed the organiza�on to effec�vely cut waste and simultaneously improve produc�vity and quality.
The journey started with a 2-week technology due diligence assessment for an exis�ng so�ware pla�orm. Banyan was able to assess and make the recommenda�on to change the direc�on of how the product was being used for the business. As a result of the quick win, Banyan was asked to become more involved in the technology strategy.
