The proposed disposal well is located 17 Miles in a Northwest di-rection from Stanton Texas, in the RK (Devonian) field, in Sec-tion 13, Block 37 T-2-N, T & P RR CO Survey, Martin County,Texas.

The wastewater will be injected into strata in the subsurfacedepth interval from 11,500’ to 14,000 feet.
