Consequent upon the abolition of Toll Posts, vide SRO 64 dated 5th February, 2018, SO 59 dated 31st December, 2019 and SO 60 dated 31st December, 2019 and the redundancy of Entertainment Wings' following subsumption of Entertainment Tax in Goods and Services Tax (GST) post GST implementation in J&K, sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of the officers/officials, indicated in Annexure to this Order, at the disposal of the Commissioner, State Taxes Department, for their further postings.
