Our Innovation center role is to convert ideas to reality with the best engineered, optimized and innovative tools.

One of these tools in Zamil Plastic is the 3D Printer which adds more value to customers to support their design, product development and engineering activities through our inhouse Technical and Product Development depart-ment. 3D Printer provides a realistic form, feel and �tment factor for new products designed using 3D computer aided design (CAD) and the material being used is PLA (Polylactic acid) for making prototypes.

Recently we designed, and reverse engineered few products for our customers and provided sampZles of prototype from our 3D printer which enables them to provide their inputs and subsequent approval without having long lead times or huge investments. Overall, time to market improved by utilizing the 3D machine and customer ideas got more realistic than ever before.

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is one of the most advanced tools in dimensional measurement as another symbol which marks our commitment for esteemed customer to provide them the best part and products measured accurately to their speci�cations and require-ment after injection molding process. The machine can measure parts up to 700 (L) X 700 (b)X 500 mm (height).

This gives shorter time for accurate measurement, removal of human intervention for measurement of complex dimensions so repeatability is ensured shortens the time to deliver to customer and assures quality of product and parts. In addition to that, this machine is used to measure the inner complex dimensions for small parts to enable the technical team to design any new product Right First Time with minimal corrections which supports our objective to serve our customers.

COMPANY PROFILE We are the Plastic Manufacturing arm under Zamil Group founded during 1980. We have managed to achieve substantial growth and organic success since our formation and as a result had been granted numerous international quali�cations and certi�cation awards by many international organizations and standardizations. With the practice of our newly joined international partners and local expertise on a regional basis we are expanding with in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a main HUB for the Middle East and North African countries.In 1986 at the Dammam Plastic plant of the �rst of its kind in the Kingdom, facilities for production of plastic cases hard or thin from the with the capacity of 600 tons per year as a start o�.

In 1986 the technology of plastic production was introduced owing to the e�orts of young chemists’, who graduated from top Saudi Universi-ties in a mission to create a larger Saudi workforce that will advance the company to new horizons. Our new production allowed the country to reduce purchasing expensive imported product. Developers of the method for IM & IML , and others were all awarded with the TUV NORD Certi�cation for ISO 9001 : 2008.
