Khangai Ger-CampOur own “Khangai Ger-Camp” is situated in Uvurkhangai aimag,

close to the ancient capital city Karakorum (Kharkhorin) and Erdene Zuumonastery.

We set as our standards the highest possible luxury, putting particular emphasis on comfort and service, complimented by the sortof good food which would have been impossible in the by gone days of trekking in Mongolia. We take special care to preserve the atmospherein which today’s travelers can share the same elemental landscapethat inspired Marco Polo, Sven Hedin and others and magnetizedadventurers the world over. All guest facilities are under canvas andkeep the authentic, traditional atmosphere.

We have comfortable Gers set on decks overlooking the beautiful valley of Orkhon River. The Restaurant Ger which hastwelve lattice wall sections is decorated with modern woodenfurniture. There is open re place in the center of the camp. Next to the reception is a small shop with local paintings,handicrafts and souvenirs.Breakfast buffet and lunch areserved in the comfortable open garden, if the weather at the

moment allows.The camp area and environment: It is surrounded by amazingly beautiful scenery of legendary Orkhonvalley. This valley is rich of ora and fauna andis absolutely calm. Also OrkhonRiveris own inthe west side of the camp.
