This Permanent Motor Carrier Certificate of Registration for Operating Authority will remain in effect only as long as the carrier is in compliance with the requirements pertaining to the designation of agents upon whom process may be served ( 49 CFR part 366) and insurance coverage for the protection of the public (49 CFR part 387).
