Order Management AppDirect access to the entire platform.A single application provides all relevant information for referring physicians, giving them direct access to results, including patient clinical data, images and multimedia reports via the CARESTREAM Vue Motion Enterprise Viewer (separate module). They can also receive live status updates to follow the radiology process.

The Module offers electronic ordering of radiology exams; intuitive and quick procedure selection (including favorites); interface with EMR, labs, and other systems; elimination of the need to capture data manually; and appointment scheduling by referring physicians.

Schedule and Check-In AppFast, accurate management of appointments.The scheduling application is easy to use by any hospital professional in your booking department – or in any other department. Its design is based on extensive customer usability studies in collaboration with numerous hospitals around the world, as well as on Carestream’s years of experience in information-software development. Scheduling drives an ef�cient work�ow with intuitive and simple operation featuring visual indicators, and offering automatic recommendations or manual scheduling. It is easy to manage simultaneous multiple-exam and cross-modality appointments, even when you’re dealing with multi-site environments, multiple exams locations and scheduler permissions. The patient-admission process includes electronic data capture and clinical questionnaires to drive a paperless work�ow. There is the ability to scan, capture and attach paper and /or digital documents. The capability for quick admission of walk-in patients is supported, as well as a well-de�ned arrival con�rmation �ow, designed to decrease no-shows.

Technologist Documentation AppReduced data entry lets you focus on patients.Data capture is now easy and automated. With integration of modalities and other information systems, this app can present the clinical data for veri�cation, enabling the technologist to spend more time with the patient, and less with the workstation. It’s intuitive, so that you can access important information captured earlier in the work�ow along with prior images via the Vue Motion Enterprise Viewer Module. Modifying exams or adding new ones is an easy step, as in monitoring the patient waiting list, including wait times. Exam preparation procedures, including contrast material administration �ow, are always at the technologist’s �ngertips.

Radiologist AppEverything you need to drive interactive multimedia reporting outcomes.Justi�cation work�ow is a key component of this module. Usually this is handled by a radiologist before the exam is scheduled. The module provides a complete work�ow for this and allows radiologists to approve, set as on-hold, or reject exam referrals. They can also add comments, protocol information, and optionally provide signatory approval. It supports justi�cation at the order level or at the scheduling level. Structured protocols to track the required process for the technologist are available for review. It’s also possible to access important information entered throughout the work�ow by the reading radiologist – such as scanned documents and technologist’s notes. All with a single common user interface.
