Each year the staff receives training to ensure best teaching pracces are being used and taught. Our small class sizes allow teachers to focus on and serve the individual student. Elementary School Hours 8:00 am - 3:00 pm TeacherEase TeacherEase is a web-based communicaon tool connecng families with the school. It includes an E-Gradebook for parents to access their child’s grades online and messaging services so the school can contact all its members with pernent informaon or reminders. Lunch Students may bring lunch and a drink from home daily or purchase lunch from our menu. Honey From the Rock Café provides the menu items for the Academy lunch menu. School Calendar We will observe the same spring break and some of the major holidays set by the Richmond County School Calendar. The Academy may deviate from the county or observe holidays on a day of the ministry’s choice, depending on circumstances. WLCA will follow Richmond County for weather closures.

Registration Fees

(Fees do not include special activities)

K5 - 5th Grade -$500.00 one time fee

(15% Discount for 2 or more children)

Curriculum and Activities We believe Scripture should be an important

part of all curriculum and training for every area

of life. We use A Beka, Saxon and Purposeful

Design curriculum. This blend of curriculum

allows us to ensure that our classes are staying

in line with state and national learning

standards while keeping a Christian focus. Our

program is teaches students about God and His

world as they participate in age appropriate

learning activities. These include engaging

students in and out of the classroom through

projects, specials, performances, and other

opportunities such as:

Computer Lab

Library/Media center

Spanish

Music, Dance, and Drama Programs

Field Trips

PE Activities

Our goal is to provide quality school

experiences in a Christian environment

and to support parents in the important

task of child rearing.

We strive to enable each child to:

School Purpose

Whole Life Christian Academy strives to

develop the child in every aspect of his or her

life. Our programs are designed to aid the

development of the child spiritually, physically,

mentally, socially, and emotionally.

Accreditation

Whole Life Christian Academy holds an

accreditation with the South Carolina

Independent School Association (SCISA) and is

a member of the Association of Christian

Schools International (ACSI).

These associations ensure that we are

offering the highest quality education to our

students while affording us opportunities for

professional development and involvement

within the Christian school community.

We will GROW UP our students in the Word of God, teach them VICTORY, provide quality school experiences in a

Christian environment, and CHANGE the city and ultimately the world by the GLORY OF GOD!
