On 11 April 2017, we asked participants to write down what they wanted RADM Winter to hear when we sat down with him for his 18 April DAEOW. Examples of common feedback include:
“Will ADM Winter take the Emergenetics survey?” “Please ask ADM Winter and ELT to take
Emergenetics and share results “Ask all N-1s to take Emergenetics and share with
program.” “All N0’s and N1s should take Emergenetics and
share their results so personnel are better prepared to brief leadership based on their Emergenetics preferences.”
RADM Winters took the Emergeneticsassessment the evening after the 18 April
DAEOW and shared on the 25th
