    WITNESSETH:

    That we are the heirs of Sps. Eleuterio Servaes de Vera and Elena

    Quiros de Vera, who died on September 11, 2013 and October 20, 2006, copy of

    their death certificates are hereto attached as Annex A and made an integralpart hereof;

    That the deceased died intestate and without any outstanding debts in

    favor of any person or juridical entity;

    That the deceased left a real property which are conjugal and owned in

    common, more particularly described as follows:
