It’s not too late to enroll in our After School Program. Our online registration system automatically prorates the costs that were set for full year attendance.

The After School Care program is a service offered to families with childcare needs beyond the regular school day. It provides your child a safe atmosphere to study, play games, explore Casady’s natural environment and learn what it means to take part in a community setting. It is not intended to be a continuation of the structured, school day and the Extended Programs’ mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment that is comparable to a neighborhood away from home. Supervised care is offered for one or more days during the week or a "drop in" service is provided for those emergencies; hours are 3:15 to 6 p.m.

Cost and Fees

To help us appropriately staff the programs, families are asked to enroll their children for specific days of the week, with prices reflecting the number of days per week each student is enrolled for the full year. You do have the option to switch days during the school year if space permits. Two ways to pay: Choose the nine-month pay plan or pay in full. Pay in Full: The cost of care for the full school year for each day is $360. For example, only choosing Monday and Tuesday can be paid in full in the amount of $720.

Pay Plan: For each day enrolled, there is a required deposit of $36 per day with a $36 automatic billing for each day on the fifth day of each month from September – May. For example, only choosing Monday and Tuesday would incur a total monthly cost of $72 per month after the $72 deposit. This gives Monday and Tuesday care for the full school year. There is a one-time registration fee of $25 for either pay plan or pay in full options. Drop In Service A drop-in service is offered for those students in After School Care who need an additional day or those not enrolled in Casady’s After School Care program. In both instances, please call or email your Division Office Assistant to schedule your child if there is a need for After School Care on a drop-in basis. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $25 for the Drop In service for those not enrolled in the After School Care program and no other charges on the first day; after which, there is a daily charge of $10 per hour or $25 for three hours of care if you have future childcare needs.
