Collaboration between the Adriatic Fair and the Czech Trade and company Integra has resulted in the participation of Czech companies at the 3 rd Energy Fair. It was announced the participation of representatives of Czech institutions as well as the Ministry of Industry which supports the Fair. With the organisation of B2B meetings for Czech businessmen, we aim to enable rational and efficient use of resources. Before the opening day, a Press Conference will be organised where Czech partners will present participation and plans. ABRUZZO REGION AT THE 37TH CONSTRUCTION (CIVIL ENGINEERING) FAIR

The participation of Italian companies at Fair events within the organisation of the Adriatic Fair continues at the 37th Civil Engineering Fair. In addition to individual exhibitors from Italy who have applied, companies from the Abruzzo Region will have their own organised Fair attendance. Companies having confirmed their participation operate in the civil engineering, energy, and water fields. The promotion of energy plants as well as, the ever-popular topic of earthquake-resistant construction elements presentation attract wide attention and interest.The presence at the Fair has

been confirmed by officials of the Abruzzo Region. During the opening day of the Fair, an Info Day dedicated to Italian businessmen will be organised in order to maximise the value of business meetings at the Fair.

AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN THE BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS AND ADRIATIC FAIR BUDVA

The Bulgarian Association of Women Entrepreneurs and the Adriatic Fair Budva have signed an agreement of co-operation on 3rd September 2015, with the goal of achieving a synergetic effect of creating a receptive exhibitors platform for members of the Association.

The agreement was signed by the President of the Bulgarian Association of Women Entrepreneurs Mrs. Iskra Daskalova, and by the executive director of the Adriatic Fair doc. Dr. Rajko Bujković. With the signing of this agreement it is confirmed that the Adriatic Fair is unique in regards to its role of women entrepreneurship, where the Fair events of company members of the Bulgarian Association of women entrepreneurs will promote the activities of their businesses. The association will give their contribution to the organisation and promotion of events; additionally, the Adriatic Fair

will provide preferential terms of exhibiting. The key part of the agreement is the deal that at the 17th Fair of small and medium enterprises, business services and women entrepreneurship which is being held from 22nd to 24th

October 2015, the Association will organise a collective Fair appearance for their members. The finalisation of this agreement is one of a series of activities that the Adriatic Fair is implementing with the aim of connecting and promoting regional women entrepreneurship

FIRST TIME AT THE FAIRTrust company at exhibition events organised by the Adriatic Fair constantly confirms the choice of the Fair platform for the initial promotion and marketing of products and services to the market of Montenegro and the region. Upcoming fairs covering construction, energy and water, to be held from 23rd to 27th September 2015, are an opportunity to promote new solutions for the construction season.

Among the many specialities that will be presented this year at the Fair, we believe that the “Dalmatian house” will attract special attention, a presentation promoted by the company delmatic Donus Modern and Ferro Cash. The specificity of this presentation is that it will be exposed to the house in the 1:1, so that visitors will be able to form a complete picture of the benefits mentioned including architectural and building solutions.

At the Water Fair, OmniaAqua a company from Belgrade will premiere its market, and represents a completely new system for water filtration. OmniaAqua filtration system has been developed in co-operation with experts from the Department of Physical-Chemistry Institute for nuclear science “Vinča”. The system is characterised by low cost and easy installation that allows wide application.

We are sure that many new aspects presented at the fair will meet the expectations of the professional public and visitors

For the first time at the Adriatic Fair, the German company MIG will present their products of revolutionary solution of energy-efficient colours whose specificity is a very high reflectance in the treated facilities and enables energy savings of up to 40%.

• Nowadays, we often hear the opinion that Fair exhibiting in the era of Internet and direct marketing is becoming obsolete. What would be the main counter argument to this?• It is true that the Internet, along with other forms of marketing has brought major changes in the way we do business today. However, let me underline an important detail, published in the Trade Show Handbook. Recent research has shown that 90% of those who visit Fairs and have purchasing power did not receive a purchase invitation, or a request for a sales talk over an entire year. This means that trade Fairs put you in contact with a target

group with whom you have had no individual contact, even though you probably thought you knew your market well. The joy of an unexpected encounter, and an ‘instantaneous’ insight into your market remain the main motivation for exhibiting at Fairs.

• There is always a concern that our participation at the Fair will remain unnoticed, and that many of our mailing list contacts will fail to visit us. As a company director, I have a feeling that my marketers are competing exclusively in contributing to the size of the mailing list, and that the desired end-result is missing.

• Without any doubt, mailing lists are one of the most important tools of modern marketing. The function of e-mail marketing is extremely important. I will quote one of the ‘big shots’ of Internet marketing, Frank Kern: ‘It is not about the size of the list. It is about the quality of relationships you develop with the list’.

• On our web site, but also on the website of the association to which we belong, we try to advertise our new product and its presentation at a forthcoming Fair event. We have created a short video, and effective banner. What else you can advise?• This time, my colleague Eugene from America can give you advice. He rightly draws our attention to a simple text. Yes, the plain text. However, an article in which every word and good quality craft is processed, the text that holds attention (just like Agatha’s novels). The advantage is that you can make use of a larger amount of information. The advantage is also the technique of text on a website simple and prompt, with the lowest costs. Let’s go back to what we call “copywrite” (not “copyright”). Trace the effective text that can take your distributor, journalised text that will intrigue visitors to come and look for your stand.
