Work Plan - the centre piece of the application
• Consistent with Logframe - why are we doing it?
• Transparent - enough information and detail on what we plan to do
• Logic interaction of activities / WPs - how do activities interrelate?
• Specific - which topic, which target group, which partner, which pilot….?
• Quantitative – how many deliverables, how much budget ?
• Durable - what do we foresee to make outputs durable and transferable?
Design of the Work Plan WP2: Synthesis of products from contributing projects
• Mapping of Blue Bioeconomy Actors
• Analyse & bundle products for targeted knowledge-transfer activities
• Good Practice Manual
• Blue Platform Roadmap 2020
