NOTE

All MSAVA MEMBERS must pay up their subscription arears before eligible to qualify the member rate. Only a MSAVA member shall qualify for the member rate, not for other associations.

Cancellations MUST be made in writing and will be subjected to a RM50 administration fee before refunds are made.

Cancellation made after 14th September 2019 will NOT be refunded.

Change in participant name can be made in writing before 14th September or otherwise will be subjected to a RM50 administration fee after this date.
