EXHIBIT SPACE PLACEMENT PROCESSA live, online exhibit space placement will take place for all qualifying exhibitors between March 24 and May 13, 2016, to allow indoor exhibitors to select their preferred exhibit space based on availability. Exhibitors will work with NBAA exhibits staff on conference calls, reviewing floor plans online in real time, to select their preferred exhibit space.
To qualify for the priority draw and live online placement, exhibit applications and full, non-refundable payments must be received by March 4, 2016.

EXHIBIT SPACE PLACEMENT PROCESSA live, online exhibit space placement will take place for all qualifying exhibitors between March 24 and May 13, 2016, to allow indoor exhibitors to select their preferred exhibit space based on availability. Exhibitors will work with NBAA exhibits staff on conference calls, reviewing floor plans online in real time, to select their preferred exhibit space.
To qualify for the priority draw and live online placement, exhibit applications and full, non-refundable payments must be received by March 4, 2016.
