Retail Banking Education
The Executive Management Programme is a three-day intensive programme in Dubai, UAE that provides leading retail bankers with access to current best practices in retail financial services, with an emphasis on retail banking leadership. It also provides delegates with access to an unmatched international network of fellow professionals and a retail banking research resource that can be accessed at any time.
Successful completion of this programme would qualify a participant for membership of the RBA International and designation as Honorary Member.
Preparation for the Programme
In order to get the most of this high-level programme, we will be sending each participant a variety of reading materials prior to the sessions. It is important that you make yourself familiar with these core texts in order to ensure that the course time is devoted to value-added discussion of the basic topics.

Admission
Upon successful registration to the programme, professional retail bankers are bound by the Academy’s code of ethics and professional conduct.
Admission to the RBAI’s Executive Management Programmes is selective and by application. RBAI will limit class sizes, thus you may not be able to gain entry to a particular programme if it is full. It is recommended that you reserve and pay for your place well in advance of the start of the courses in order to guarantee your spot.

FEE STRUCTURE
Qualifying criteria:
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in retail banking
• Submission of CV and interview
The Executive Management Programme fee is US $5,000 per delegate.
The programme fee includes proprietary RBA International course materials.
