Realise your full potential as individual, manager and organisational leader.

The Integrated Leadership programme is a dynamic programme of self-
discovery and awareness. It is an opportunity for experienced managers and
leaders with a curiosity for self- and system understanding to attain new depth
in both professional and personal fields.
The programme, comprising of two modules, combines the areas of self-
awareness and systemic leadership to allow participants to gain a deeper
understanding of themselves and their impact on others, and to take a wide-
angle lens view at organisational issues for a lasting resolution of complex
challenges.
It is designed to catalyse fresh insights and information at an individual and
organisational level. Insights that can be translated into tangible differences
when taken back into the day-to-day working life of participants.
The Integrated Leadership programme provides a unique space to learn in a
safe and facilitated environment alongside experienced participants from a
variety of industry and backgrounds. Above all, it is a rare chance to stop and
look at things differently.
Who is the programme for?The Integrated Leadership programme is for experienced managers and
leaders with a deep interest in continuous personal development and growth.
It is also designed for individuals who are encountering challenges or managing
change and transition in career or life, responsible for taking themselves or an
organisation from one phase to another.

This programme delivers a comprehensive development process for experienced
managers and leaders to become more self-aware and increase their leadership
effectiveness. In addition, it will provide a deep-dive into organisational constellations
and offer rich insights and clarity on directions, responsibilities and actions around
individual and organisational issues.
During the first module, this programme gives you time and space for reflection
and sense-making, allowing you to become more self-aware and pave the way for
continuous personal development and growth. In the second module, it introduces a
methodology that respectfully explores the hidden dynamics in relationship systems,
and allows participants to illuminate the dynamics and patterns that limit and resource
leaders, teams and whole organisations. Combined with the first module, this will
provide fresh insights, clarity and direction around iindividual and organisational issues.

Module 1: Finding purpose and leading change
This first module is a facilitated opportunity to stop and think, look at things from
a different perspective, and to learn from others. It focuses on building a deeper
self-awareness in support of leadership effectiveness.
Facilitated by Dr Chris Dalton, subject area leader for Personal Development at Henley
Business School, the module devotes time to reflection on values and beliefs, and gives
space for sense-making – beginning with one’s own personal narrative and identity.
Equally, you will learn from the journeys of others and perhaps illuminate your own story
in ways you hadn’t anticipated. You will also receive insights and fresh awareness of the
relationship between the self and environment, and learn to set objectives for personal
growth and leadership development.
This module is not a training workshop aiming to add to your day-to-day skills as
practitioner, nor will you receive latest management theories. Rather, this is a facilitated
retreat in which you can more fully understand who you are, what makes you ‘tick’, and
how to deal with the complexities of life’s ups, downs, thresholds and tipping points. All
in all, it will result in new ways of understanding yourself, the past and the future.
Modern organisational life carries both physical and mental demands for managers and leaders. Effective
leadership requires people who are self-aware. After all, how can you manage and lead others if you don’t
know who you are? Only few managers and leaders, however, have the luxury of pressing ‘pause’ in their busy
lives to pay attention to their thoughts, and the assumptions that lie behind them.
Personal development is the identification and removal of those restraints that limit the likelihood of sustainable individual, organisational, social and environmental health and well-being.

“Chris is hands down the best facilitator, trainer and presenter I’ve ever had the privilege of seeing. Chris has a real gift of creating the most intense, thought-provoking and inspirational conversations. He uses such an eclectic range of tools that challenge your inner most pre-conceptions and are so visual that they will forever more remain etched in your mind. If I could recommend anyone to attend just one course or even one workshop... go see Chris in action. This is far beyond any personal development conversation or presentation you’ll have experienced to date.”

Module 2: Insight, clarity and new direction
This is a unique opportunity to deep dive into organisational systemic constellations, an innovative method
of enquiry and resolution that has only recently been introduced into business and leadership communities.
As constellations are unfamiliar to some leaders, John Whittington, a pioneer in this area, will take care to set
a context and build a shared understanding of the approach, the underpinning philosophy and methodology. In
this way, leaders and senior managers can learn, in a safe and facilitated context, about organisational health and
see constellations in action, taking part as they wish, when they feel ready.
This module will lead you to building a different and wider awareness in support of the whole system flow and
health. You will learn to access the intuitive mind in order to see the hidden patterns, loyalties and dynamics
of your organisation. You will receive insights, new information and fresh direction around individual and
organisational issues.
Leaders looking to release inertia, prepare for leading a change or resolve dynamics that limit movement into
the future will find this workshop a refreshing release from confusion and dilemma. You will be able to see the
dynamics that lie just out of conscious awareness and identify fresh ways to restore the flow of organisational
health and meaningful paths to lasting resolution of complex challenges.
This module will leave you with rich insights and clarity on direction, responsibilities and actions.
When managers and leaders as well as their organisations face a time of change or challenge, when they
face an inflection point, a constellation workshop can create insight, clarity and fresh direction. Systemic
constellations reveal the underlying dynamics and patterns that both limit and resource leaders, teams and
whole organisations. Through a facilitated process, you will create unique three-dimensional living maps
of issues or challenges, so that you can see how lasting change can begin and endure. Constellations are
particularly useful when the source of the issue or the solution is not clear, where previous attempts to change
have not endured or where there is a sense of inertia in the whole or part of a system.

“I was not prepared for just how much I got out of a single day’s workshop. Great insight into the power and potential of the constellations approach.”
Lisa Riccardi, Director
Organisations that have used business constellations to explore leadership, team and organisational development issues include IBM, Mars, BMW, Daimler Chrysler, Omega, KPMG, EIB, The BBC and Wolff Ollins.
