As of October 2, we have one school that is going to participate in the program. Corbell Elementary. I will be talking to the students the weeks of 15 October through 23 October, and in December. After that I will schedule one more meeting with the students in March. I still haven't heard from any other schools. Ted Ruybal School Awards Program.
Presidents Report October 4 ,2018 Glena Rogers This past month we are in the process of putting our committees together. I have been in meetings with several members and still have some chairs to fill. The auxiliary was very well represented at City Council meetings where both Girls State and Boys State were honored. We are so very proud of our fine representation in the city of Frisco. Congratulations to all. At our last regular meeting on September 20 we were honored to celebrate with Nikki & Christopher Daily at a baby shower for Larson. We always love to see a new life to come into this world. The baby will be here on Monday October 8. A Presidents workshop was held in Austin by department on September21-22. I attended and have learned a lot about our programs and will be sharing with membership. Our President, Shea, challenged us to film a lip sync video to help boost membership. On September 29, the girls took part in the production and shooting of our lip sync video. It is still in production but will be available to see very soon. Social Chairman, Virginia Mendlik and I met with the First United Methodist Church where we will hold our holiday dinner. The event is planned for December 6, 2018. Respectfully Glena Rogers, President
