I am thrilled to host our Cisco Channel Advisory Board (CCAB) meeting on October 27th-29th in beautiful Napa Valley. As a Board Member, you represent a unique set of U.S. partners and an important part of our business. Thank you for your time, investment and commitment to Cisco.

Rick SnyderVice President Americas Partner Organization

Rick Snyder has been named the new leader of the Americas Partner Organization (APO) effective July 27, 2015. The Americas is Cisco’s largest geographical region (United States, Canada, and Latin

America). APO helps 23,000 Cisco partners across the region to expand their businesses with new business models, to enter new markets, and to create solutions that solve our customer’s challenges.

Most recently, Snyder led Cisco’s Global and Strategic Partner Organization with responsibility for revenue acceleration and alliance management for Cisco’s global system integrators and technology partners. His organization built partnerships, joint go-to-market-plans, solutions and market-changing integrated infrastructures with these valued partners. He also led the expansion of Cisco’s partner ecosystem with the innovative global Independent Software Vendor initiative.

Prior to this, Snyder led the TelePresence Sales organization as Vice President of Global Business. Snyder joined Cisco with the acquisition of Tandberg, acting as the executive sponsor at Tandberg overseeing its integration with Cisco. While at TANDBERG, where he served as President of the Americas, and later as President of Global Business, Snyder helped to accelerate revenue growth from $320M to over $1B in a five year period. During that same period, TANDBERG emerged as the videoconferencing market leader with over 50% market share.

Previously, Snyder was CEO of ReView Video/Westcon, a distributor of conferencing solutions and services. He spent five years in the enterprise networking business at Williams Communications/NextiraOne, where he held executive positions. Prior to that, Snyder held sales leadership and general management positions at Executone, Octel, and Bell Atlantic/ATT.

Snyder also serves as the Chairman Emeritus of IMCCA, a non-profit association focused on the advancement of the collaboration industry, and is a board member of the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce. Snyder holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland.

Todd MeisterVice President, Software and Solutions Innovation & Central Partner Organization, Americas Partner Organization

As Vice President of the Software and Solutions Innovation and Central Partner Organizations at Cisco, Meister is responsible for

accelerating the business of today while enabling the business of tomorrow by leveraging Cisco’s ecosystem of partnerships. Prior to this role, Meister led the Connected Architecture Partner Organization which was responsible for partner enablement in the Americas.

Meister joined Cisco through the acquisition of TANDBERG, where he served as the Vice President of Channels for the U.S. and Canada. Before joining TANDBERG, Meister held several executive positions, including Vice President of Global Channel Strategy and North America Channel Sales at Avaya and President of AE Business Solutions. He’s held leadership positions at EMC, StorageTek, Breece Hill Technologies and founded GRN Madison.

Amongst his various philanthropic contributions, Meister has awarded numerous grants to support the education and empowerment of single mothers, children and families throughout his community. He has received numerous industry awards, including Everything Channel’s CRN 2010 Channel Chief award, the VARBusiness Magazine “Top 100 Channel Executives” award in 2004 and “Top 75 Channel Executives” award in 2005.

Andrew SageVice President Americas Distribution

As Vice President of Americas Distribution, Andrew Sage is responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing, operations and logistics for the multi-billion dollar Americas

Distribution Channel, a cornerstone of our Partner Led sales strategy.

Previously as Vice President of Worldwide Partner Led, Sage was responsible for accelerating the global success of the Partner Led selling model -- one of two selling models for Cisco that empowers and rewards Cisco Partners to lead sales with midsize and small customers.

Sage also held the positions of Vice President, Worldwide Small Business Sales and Vice President, Worldwide Channels Marketing.

Sage joined Cisco in August, 1999 and has more than 20 years of networking industry experience. He brings a broad knowledge of the high tech industry to his current position. He has led several key initiatives to successfully introduce Cisco Systems into new markets, and build new go-to-market capabilities.

Prior to joining Cisco, he spent three years as Regional Vice President for Olicom, Inc. and has also held positions with CrossComm Corporation and Olivetti Canada, Limited.

Sage has a degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. He currently lives in Pleasanton, California with his wife and three children.

John MosesArea Vice President U.S. Commercial Central

John Moses has 20 years of experience leading sales teams and sales operations. As Area Vice President for the U.S. Commercial Central Area, Moses is responsible for over $2B in Cisco product and

service revenue through a channel sales model. He plays an essential role in cultivating an inspired culture, fostering enabled and empowered teams through clarity of mission, continuing innovation, maintaining a commitment to balanced and sustainable growth, and delivering business outcomes through operational excellence. As a leader of one of the fastest growing markets, he has been instrumental in shaping the U.S. Commercial Segment’s Select go-to-market strategies across industries and architectures.

He co-led the task force that transformed the Go-to-Market Strategy for Mid Tier U.S. Commercial accounts and sponsored inclusion and diversity initiatives into Cisco’s talent identification and development process. Moses was also a key member of the Integration Task Force for the Meraki acquisition.

Prior to joining Cisco, Moses was the Director of Sales at Interactive Intelligence Inc., responsible for revenue growth in the central United States and eastern Canada. Additionally, Moses served in various regional leadership roles at Siemens and Safety-Kleen Corporation.

Moses holds a Masters of Business Administration from Lindenwood University and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business from Baldwin-Wallace University.

Stacy BettsSenior Director Nationals Partner Organization

Stacy Betts is a Senior Director for the Nationals Partner Organization for Cisco. His team works with some of Cisco’s largest business partners in the U.S. that enable customer success and deliver business

outcomes. Prior to that role, he led the South Area Partner Organization and had responsibility for Enterprise, Commercial and SLED Partner business for 11 States from the Carolinas to Texas. The South Area was the Top Performing Area in the U.S. in 2010 and 2011. Before assuming that role in 2005, he was a 4 year Manager of Channel Operations for the Carolinas where he led the Carolinas Channel Operation as the Top U.S. Channel Operation in Cisco in 2004.

A 20 year veteran at Cisco, Betts has held other positions including Channel Program Management, Inside Sales Management, and Service Provider sales. From 2010-2014, he was Executive Sponsor of Cisco’s premier leadership development program for the Americas Partner Organization called Leadership in Action (LiA). The program has graduated 180 Cisco Channel employees over the last 4 years. Prior to Cisco, Stacy worked in the pharmaceutical industry for Bayer Inc.

Betts is a graduate of North Carolina State University, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Minor in Business Management. He was a 4 year pitcher for NC State Wolfpack Baseball team and a member of the 1992 ACC Championship Team.

Betts is from Garner, NC and lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife of 19 years, Angie, and two children, Morgan (14) and Landon (12).

Nirav ShethSenior Director, Engineering and Architectures, Americas Partner Organization

Nirav Sheth is the Systems Engineering and GTM Leader for the Americas Part ner Organization. Through a team of 200+ employees and thousands of partners, Sheth

is responsible for partner enablement, helping partners enter new markets and practice areas while providing them with the support structure as they transform to deliver customer outcomes in the world of hybrid IT. With teams focusing across Cisco established architectures, emerging solutions such as IoT, and, Cloud, Sheth’s organization serves Cisco’s largest GEO region with annual revenues exceeding $20B.

Sheth’s successful tenure at Cisco spans over 14 years, with experiences ranging from Catalyst Switching product development, Advanced (Professional) Services, Technical Services, and, now Sales. During his time in Technical Services, Sheth built and ran TAC operations around the world with nearly 1000 engineers distributed across GEOs, and later was responsible for Service Delivery of Enterprise and SP Networking TAC across all Cisco customer segments; his organization enjoyed the highest CSAT scores for 2 consecutive years.

Sheth has participated in the World Economic Forum, and, has been a speaker at the Technology Services Industry Association’s TS World events. Regarded as a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative leader, Sheth’s #1 priority is always investing in his people.

Sheth holds his Bachelors from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, and, a Masters in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

Connie DimitroffDirector of Strategy and Planning Americas Partner Organization

Connie Dimitroff serves as Director of Strategy, Planning and Programs for the Americas Partner Organization. In this role, Dimitroff is responsible for developing and implementing channel strategy and building a

partner program portfolio that enables our partners to profitably grow their product and services sales.

While at Cisco, Dimitroff has held sales and sales strategy roles within the Americas. She and her team have implemented sales acceleration strategies to capture market transitions and launched partner programs focused on driving partner profitability, growth and simplification.

Dimitroff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University. Dimitroff lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband and four children.

Rob RosaDirector, Americas Services Partner

Rob Rosa is the leader of Cisco’s U.S. Public Sector Services Partners as well as the U.S. Services Field Partner Organization. In this role Rosa is responsible for the strategies related to sales, marketing, partner enablement, partner profitability,

and promoting services growth for over $2.5B in Cisco Service revenue through channel partners across the U.S.

Specifically, Rosa leads the Services Channels team in conjunction with Service Sales, and our Partners to develop a comprehensive Services strategy that supports the end customer’s mission or strategy while developing sustainable business models for our partners. This entails driving new program adoption, increased focus on service revenue opportunities, and overall partner enablement to assist in growing the overall business of the partner.

Rosa has been at Cisco for over 14+ years and in his current role for 2 years. Before taking on his current role, he worked as Director of Finance and Director of Sales Operations in various verticals supporting the sales organization.

Rosa holds his undergraduate Accounting degree and his MBA in Accounting Information Systems from Suffolk University – Sawyer School of Management. In his spare time, he enjoys taking classes at the Harvard Business School and volunteering as the President of his Local Youth Football and Cheerleading organization with 400+ members and 100+ volunteers.

Rosa resides in the Boston, Massachusetts area with his wife and 3 sons.

Ken HammondDirector, Worldwide Channel Sales, Global Security

Ken Hammond serves as Director of WW Channel Sales for Cisco’s Global Security Sales Organization (GSSO) and came to Cisco via the Sourcefire acquisition two years ago.

Hammond’s responsibility at Cisco is to build vibrant security practices WW with its partners and ensure Cisco becomes the #1 trusted security advisor to partners and through them, to enduser companies.

Hammond was selected as acquisition business lead for integrating Sourcefire’s WW channel with Cisco’s. Hammond is a proven channel leader, experienced managing teams selling security technology via channel partners, technology partners, OEMs and distributors WW.

Prior to Sourcefire, Hammond served as Symantec’s Global Partner Alliance Manager and as lead negotiator for a three-year partnership with HP worth more than $500M. He was awarded Symantec’s highest sales achievement award (just two people selected in company) for his innovative sales work with Adobe.

Hammond holds an Integrated Marketing certificate from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Cal State Long Beach.

Will McCainSales Business Development Manager, Cisco ONE Global Partner Go-to-Market, Global Partner Organization

As the lead for the Cisco ONE Partner Go-to-Market, Will McCain successfully launched this new software offer and is leading the

sales acceleration & partner enablement efforts to grow Cisco’s Enterprise Software business.

McCain has 8+ years of sales, channels, GTM, and technical leadership experience. Joining Cisco in 2007, he led the company’s channel evolution and growth from early emerging video technologies to mainstream channels Go-to-Markets like UC Infrastructure.

McCain brings a background in economics and is leveraging his Go-to-Market experience to evolve Cisco’s Partners into next generation software sellers and software lifecycle management leaders.
